Consdiering the sheer size of the human wave that the bloops are currently hurling at khajiit wherever they go....
This one thinks your theory was perhaps formulated by an elf. Possibly the same one who thought it'd be a great idea to live in super tall places with no hand rails, amidst a notoriously fratricidal culture.
Also, this one is most elf faced on the matter of the group bug. Their fur sheds with frustration and other poetic things invoking horrid images of poorly groomed khajiit fur.

The only people who go outside the straight lines between factions are organized groups. Anyone who thinks that just having ungrouped potatoes isn't going to just increase zerging is an idiot. Which I know you aren't being serious, but it deserves being said for the morons who do think it.

Incorrect. Zergs only occur if there is leadership pointing them in the same direction or they happen to end up in same place (which almost always happens because someone outside the pugzerg is giving directions in zone chat).
Organised players still group via TS, solo's still solo, zergers get bored not being able to be protected by 23 other people constantly and go pve (I've seen this happen in AS NA).
Edit: or is that exactly what you are saying? Am I agreeing with your second sentence? I can't tell.
