And again, you’re the worst at making a point, what does any of that have to do with my skill level. I don’t have to prove my solo capability, it’s on my YouTube’s page, oh and I’ve already GOd a Stam DK in medium armor start to finish, gg 🙃 and actually we all had to pay see_you_tonight 25k for 1 shotting you in the sewers lol. I won’t claim elite but that’s a slug I know would beat you 100/100 times
really well said captain on competitive balance and video games...
thanks for sharing the vids allstar - i started going through them...i now have something to keep me a bit distracted at work today
which, to be honest - is kind of the point of this thread...i feel extremely fortunate to have folks like tequila, the captain (takes no prisoner), kyle, dotme, hurtfan and lots of other good folks whom have been sharing stories, thoughts and ideas about eso (and, in particular pvp) for years...
i really miss a bunch of the folks whom have come and moved on to other interests and gaming worlds...we've been real fortunate though to have other folks come and join us over time...
I appreciate just how sharp some of the people who play eso are...not only that - it's taken me a while in life - but, i realize that where i fit in mostly, is with other gamers...
it's not easy for all to put down their "weapons" once they log out of cyrodiil and check in on the forums...especially considering that there's a very good chance at some point we've all been out there trying to kill one another...and, although eso may not be the epitome of balance and competitive play - there is some winning and losing going on; and, folks can get touchy about that kind of stuff...
which is not to say that a little fussing and fighting here on the forums, and, in this thread is necessarily a bad thing..different people communicate in different ways...no doubt for a lot of players whom check in on the thread from time to time they enjoy a little "vigorous discourse"
heck, we're normally such a mellow bunch, the mods rarely visit the thread...
for myself - this is a place where i feel comfortable... a place i can spend time with other gamers...i don't care if you're the best or worse at eso and pvp...other folks skills and builds don't really matter to me - what does though is the person themselves...which includes all types: feisty/mellow, noob/pro...
doesn't matter too much to me..we all have a story to share...
hmmmm, speaking of stories - I MISS YOU @Ballcap

howdy everyone, a very happy Monday to you all...ugh, my brain feels like it's swimming underwater...
I have no idea what that really means
hey, so here's a quick update on the campaign score for both vivec EU and vivec NA...
started noticing last week that AD was making a push, but, since the witches festival stuff has started I've been out of cyro on both severs...
using the xp buff to level my EU land toons...
with 7 days left in the campaign AD has taken a narrow lead on both vivec EU and vivec NA...
I'm not sure, but, it looks like EP will respond on both maps...
could be an interesting last week of the campaign for both of those alliances...
back in DC's glory days it seemed like they had a really solid "oceanic" player base...
the affect of one or two coordinated guilds whom operate during non peak US hours is significant...
I'm guessing the EP folks on the EU server are experiencing something similiar...
and, I can't imagine having scrolls count as highly as they do is helping the situation...
when you're the only "group" out on the map, not hard to capture the other 4 scrolls and start making crazy points for a while...

Well it seems an ad guild is going ep next campaign is what I hear i been playing on my ep character but I feel like I'm a traitor when I do
dumped oil on some of my
Guildmates that are ad and I logged out right after cause I felt horrible lol damn I hate that I am that way I really do want to play on my ep templar but have to much respect for ad to be able to do so I understand it's just a game but I still feel bad lol

Which guild? @Jake1576
He was on EP last night, and got a very frosty reception. I don't understand that mentality. Reminds me of the age-old saying "Don't cut off your nose to spite your face"He is one of the crowns ad has that will run groups for ad I ain't sure what the name of his guild is but he is always running a Zerg on ad a 24 man group his guild is a sister guild to a guild I'm in and the mod it said that some of the members of the other guild are going to be playing ep next campaign so don't get angry if you see them on ep his name is smokinbob he's a cool dude tho he is a good asset to ad he runs a pretty well group of his guild mates and just random people out of zone chat sometimes
I'd feel the same way. Some people develop some loyalty to both faction and people we consider friends because we've been fighting alongside them for so long. I don't know what to suggest there other than to target players you don't know, or revert to a support/healing role until you get comfortable.dumped oil on some of my Guildmates that are ad and I logged out right after cause I felt horrible lol damn I hate that I am that way I really do want to play on my ep templar but have to much respect for ad to be able to do so I understand it's just a game but I still feel bad lol
Yeah... I've been solo for over a week because of negativity, salt towards other EP players and talk of changing factions in a guild I'm in (I won't roll any more characters in ESO). It's the negativity that really got to me. After listening to it for a few days, I realized I'm not enjoying my PvP experience because of it. So I stepped back.TequilaFire wrote: »I just wish I could find an EP guild that still plays that would stay committed to winning the campaign.
There are good players but guild leadership is so flaky and vendetta driven.

I don't care about AP very much. I've ranked up to max, and have AP up the wazoo, so these days I just want to help my team win the campaign, that's all. But my goals don't seem to mesh with the GM's (Not sure what those goals are some days, to be honest). No hard feelings, but if I'm not moving in the same direction as the guild, it doesn't make much sense to run with them as much. I'm happier when I just help EP take keeps, move the map and increase campaign score.
