    Destruction Staff

    'Elemental Discharge'
    Ultimate Cost 150
    Range: Self
    Radius: 15 Meters
    Cast Time: 1,5 Seconds
    Duration: 12 Seconds

    Hold up your destruction staff and charge its energy to unleash a massive elemental outburst.
    Enemies in the vicinity will have the corresponding elemental status effect applied and be dealt damage over time.
    The Damage over Time will continue to tick for 3 seconds even if the enemies leave the area.

    Morph #1: Elemental Combustion
    When an enemy is killed by this ability he will deal elemental damage to all enemies in 5 meter radius.
    The damage is always 10% of the killed enemies maximum health.

    Morph #2: Elemental Maelstrom
    The damage over time is increased by 5 percent for each enemy in the abilities area.

    What I would like to see from weapon ults that would be suitable for pvp or pve:

    2h: Something similar to Dawnbreaker. A massive swing that deals DoT as a bleed to only one target and slows them. Basically you are crushing bones and flesh into a pulp. This is already a very strong tree and doesn't really need much. Morphs could turn this into an AoE swing around the caster or a gap closer that then executes the damage and slow.

    Sword and Board: an AoE taunt that does moderate damage. Like a dragon leap but doesn't move you and doesn't cc other than the taunt. I know ZoS said they wouldn't never have an AoE taunt but hey. This is an ult, you can spam it very often anyway. Could also reduce your damage taken for X secs, instead of granting more resistances like every other ability does. Morphs could a shield throw that bounces to a number of enemies, taunting them or a stampeding charge for a number of secs that taunts all enemies that you charge through.

    DW: This line seems very strong as is (despite having no built in gap closer). Maybe an ult that dramatically increases your damage out put with DW abilities should go here. like a 200% damage increase for X secs and allows you to ignore a certain percentage of armor for Y secs. Morphs could allow you to blink to one target dealing a moderate amount of extra damage or causes all of your attacks in the next Z secs to all have 100% crit chance.

    Bow: I would like to see an ult here that does a single target rapid fire. Like you fire X amount of shots into a single target at a missive range. Either that or an execute shot that deals damage based on the missing health of the target. Morphs could increase also add a passive that causes your bow abilities to deal extra damage to targets poisoned by your poison injection or venom arrow.

    Destro: This weapon line is probably the weakest at the moment. While Ele drain, Crushing shock and Pulsar are useful they aren't really that impressive or interesting. I think an ult here should be dynamic and be based on what type of staff you have. Like a fire staff would set you on fire for X secs and increase your resistances dramatically and cause everything around you to take a large amount of fire damage and sets them on fire doing DoT for Y secs. Lighting could increase your move speed significantly and cause you shoot bolts of chaining lightning to up to X targets for Y secs dealing large amounts of damage to the first enemies struck. Since Ice staves are garbo and no one seems to use them except for very niche builds, this one should drive people to use them regularly. Maybe something like channeling and dealing damage in a large cone in front of you for X secs that roots targets to the ground for Y secs and deals a large amount of damage and slows them for a large amount while they are inside the cone and for Z secs after they exit the cone. If not a cone then perhaps a large AoE around the caster or even an AoE at a target location with the same effects. Morphs could increase the size, duration, and/or damage of effects.

    Resto: I HOPE this ult can make classes other than Templars able to heal as a primary role. I'd like to see this ult have a passive that, while slotted increases your healing done by X% with HoT effects, increases the shields you cast on others by Y%, and can be activated to reduce the damage taken by up to Z party members while they are within Q meters of the caster for and healing them moderately for V secs. Morphs could also restore a small % of missing resources for affected party members upon activation or reduce the cost of spells and abilities for all party memebers affected by the activation.

    Most weapon ultis will probably some kind of "deal xx damage to x enemies", but I'm curious about the restro staff one. I really hope it will not be something boring like the Templar healing ulti. Interessting options would be:
    - protective shell, that will protect an ally from death once, similar to the phoenix set
    - instant in combat ress
    - ressource restore
    - toggle: "reduce the damage an ally takes by xx%, drains x ultimate per second / for each 10k damage mitigated

    coming from other MMOs to ESO, I still find it very strange that healers are responsible for their teammates resources in some way. Like the way repentance works is ok and decent but theres no real alternative for magicka user except for Luminous Shards which is meh for magicka and great for stam. Then again i generally don't like how shards function anyway. I wish they would change it so that they arent stolen by dps and can only be used by some one with a sword and shield equipped OR that when you throw it, it increases the magicka and stamina recovery of those around it in a very, very short radius by 100% or more.

    Magicka has Orbs, elemental drain and siphon spirit. Btw. Stam-DPS need some shards aswell...alkosh or moondancer-users need all kinds of synergies, why should it be exclusive for S/B-users?

    for the restoration staff ult. it would be kinda cool if it fell into the illusion class of magic. like changing the morphs on all enemies in a certain radius. so if your a stam build you suddenly find yourself with all magicka abilities and vise versa for 20 seconds or so while affected your dodge roll/block costs either magicka or stamina depending on your build.

    just a complete mind *** situation. would be kinda cool.

    I think the destruction staff ultimate would be a summon. depending on the staff.......Ice would be frost atronach, flame a fire atronach, and storm would prob be thunder storm.

    or they would be firestorm, thunderstorm, blizzard.

    That's a cool thought.

    I really wish they would split the classes for this stuff, though. I think it would be great if they split sorc to be more arcane/summoner focused and more elemental focused.

    Elemental: Earth/Fire, Water/Ice, Air/Lightning

    The skills in the latter line could actually permit a summoned follower.

    I think Class Specialisation would definitely make the game a lot better. I'm kind of tired of the same old.

    I know everyone is thinking DPS!!!!

    But if you play PvE group content, I bet tank and healer weapon ultimates will be your favorite (assuming they make sense and are done well)

    Suggestion:
    Healer: The ultimate should cost less than 60 and fill up very often. The effect should provide shields, HOTs and resistances. Maybe another morph could be regen based with a dmg shield DOT.

    -crazy idea unbalanced would be a group Rez (yes crazy but viable in PvE)

    Tank:
    So if u actually play sword n shield, freaking give these ppl a 60 cost aoe high dmg Taunt DPS. For balance tho, the dmg is taunt based so in PvP it'll have little dmg difference.

    A morph could potentially be a HOT shield that or something.
