Balancing compared to existing Ults in the current Magicka vs Stamina balance will be tricky !
There are 4 Stamina Weapon lines
and only 2 Magicka Weapon lines,
of which the Resto will likely be pidgeonholed in healing or support.
Meaning that in terms of DPS, Stamina has a 4 to 1 advantage to pick good matching Ults and morphs.
Resto: I HOPE this ult can make classes other than Templars able to heal as a primary role. I'd like to see this ult have a passive that, while slotted increases your healing done by X% with HoT effects, increases the shields you cast on others by Y%, and can be activated to reduce the damage taken by up to Z party members while they are within Q meters of the caster for and healing them moderately for V secs.
As long as templars are the only class which can restore your teammates stamina, other classes won't be first choice in most content. All classes can offer enough healing, but templars are the king of ressource-support (and also provide lots of synergies, which is important for some sets atm).
