Always *** something man, I just want to have some competition.@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @Seiffer
Currently it's possible to downscale VETERAN DSA to below champion level (e.g. 37 on the screenshot below), and still get the score and get to the leaderboards (including current weekly on PC EU). Look at those 3 brave players (position 5) who don't even have champion points cap (found them in some guild roster):
Proof that scoring works in vet DSA (level 37 mobs, but vitality bonus and points are in the right bottom corner):
Of course, I'm not gonna explain how it is done, because it's slightly more than just having non vet in a group, but it's a very known method that people used to get vet Maw of Lorkhaj achievements before ZOS added cp160 requirement to them. Hope it will be fixed as fast as possible, but I guess many people are going to get free weekly rewards this time
@Nifty2g will be probably interested, since his team cares about the score a lot
So you feel like it is okay to scale down end game content to get end game gear at a lower level without any effort?I have no problem with someone scaling it down and still getting CP160 gear when it doesn't affect leaderboards but when this crap affect leaderboards it needs to be fixed at once.
One effect competition the other doesn't.When something effects competition in have a problem with it.Something like scaling down Sanctum to get purple cp160 faster I don't care about. It doesn't affect competition on allow players to get gear faster and be ready for more difficult content. So you feel like it is okay to scale down end game content to get end game gear at a lower level without any effort?I have no problem with someone scaling it down and still getting CP160 gear when it doesn't affect leaderboards but when this crap affect leaderboards it needs to be fixed at once.
They are both as bad as each other
It should be a progression, nothing should be handed to you, that's just silly, you don't learn anything.

I can agree you should earn it.I just don't see it as big of a deal as some people unless it affect leaderboard than it ruins good sportsmanship. It should be a progression, nothing should be handed to you, that's just silly, you don't learn anythingOne effect competition the other doesn't.When something effects competition in have a problem with it.Something like scaling down Sanctum to get purple cp160 faster I don't care about.

Being in an end game guild, you will start to notice that you want players with experience rather than the gear, because even if they have the gear they still won't know that much and will have no progression at all and end up getting no where basically.I can agree you should earn it.I just don't see it as big of a deal as some people unless it affect leaderboard than it ruins good sportsmanship. It should be a progression, nothing should be handed to you, that's just silly, you don't learn anythingOne effect competition the other doesn't.When something effects competition in have a problem with it.Something like scaling down Sanctum to get purple cp160 faster I don't care about.

Wouldn't bother me one bit if those players all mysteriously vanished from the world (IE: banned)

I don't know what level the loot is. If the final chest scales to your level, then it's a free master weapon too.
What weekly rewards does vDSA granting?
Have you noticed that there hasn't been so much nerf calls lately? I believe it is because there is now this way of farming end gear. Be careful what you wish for. Until ZOS can make multiple difficulty levels and tokens, this is a good choice. It should be a progression, nothing should be handed to you, that's just silly, you don't learn anything.

Both of them sound like a bug to me, and you know what they said about exploits. I expect it to be fixed soon, just seems like you are cutting corners at progression and I hope to god ZOS are not promoting that, players need the experience
Well sad thing is that it's not even a cheating. If someone can downscale dungeons, trials and get achievements it's obvious he can do the same with vDSA. Leaderboards for vDSA should be only for cp160 runs same like for vet trials atm.

This must be fixed
I don't see how, all I see is a way for people to bypass a learning process. Gear doesn't automatically make you good, it used to, however in the new "meta" mechanics are much more punishing, staying alive and knowing fights is keyHave you noticed that there hasn't been so much nerf calls lately?
