I usually run 5H 2L/2M depending if im mag or stam ( at least for non "vet" )

I have yet to spy anyone from BWB out in the real world PVE-land. Except once I saw a certain saintly person who plays with AD giving out bad advice in the Stormhaven zone chat.

Hmmm.. reminds me of a funny story. DC was attacking BRK (I think, don't hold me to that) on Saturday and I ported in before it flagged. Thought I'd set up siege up on top of inner to hit them, then hit the breach when they busted through. I got to the top and there was an AD inside the inner with a fire balista set up. I assumed he was hitting the EP on the wall helping out DC so I rushed him, but he stealthed away. Figured he could do minimal damage, so didn't look for him but got to the other wall where we repelled the DC, repped the wall, and unflagged the keep. I then went back inside to find the AD and found him where I left him, stealthed. I poped him out of stealth and killed him. Didn't think too much of it until I got a whisper from him saying he was helping EP and he'd been in the keep for over an hour helping. Said he guess he had to kill EP now. Anyway, told him I didn't know, just figgured he was part of team green (which I expect when EP has Emp)... anyway, we chatted amicably for a while, and he said the reason was he didn't like the current "Saint" and he was doing all he could to keep him from emping.... I didn't quite understand because, he's on AD now, right? It was amusing anyway...

Crazy as it may seem, I actually didn't run repentance on my Stamplar. I will miss using the other morph that nobody used for the stam regen buff though... But they have reduced the cost of Jabs and Javelin since I last played Stamplar, and I've got a couple other ideas on how I can make up for the lost regen...

Mag Sorc is one build where I think I'd still prefer full light armor since the extra resistances aren't that helpful if you're good at keeping your shields up. I could see using 5-7 heavy for the Constitution passive, but I really never had any problems with sustain on my Mag Sorc anyways.

VERY sketchy. I once saw him commit suicide with his own bow just to prove a point. On a couple of occasions I had to dismount and hide giving myself time to decipher his ambiguous ramblings.

I don't run Repentance on mine either, but I would have used the old Radiant Aura that gave 20% to all regen, to you and everyone in your group, on both stamplar and magplar.

I love and hate my Stamplar at same time. I really love lingering ritual that remove 5 harmfull effect at once, on top of increasing your heals by 25%. Jabs that increase crit chance by 10%. Cresent Sweep that I can almost spam thanks to Hearoic Slash. My only problem with it is the burst heal since I'm running S&B + Bow and 5Med 2Heavy I can't just take 2-3 people at once like I would on my mag classes.

5 Med hurts you bad in 1vX. You are forced to roll for dmg mitigation and you lose the healing received passive. I'm probably swapping my stamplar over to hvy and gonna try my Wrath & Fury build on it. Med is fun when you have support from a group or even just a healer because you can blow people up with all the burst from Power of the Light + jabs + crescent combined with the 3.5-4k weap dmg, but the durability is missing.

Really my stamplar has just become a build test at this point. I've been trying some out of the box sets for pvp and haven't found much that has worked as well as Hundings/Marksman or Hundings/Leki/Agi.

I was called "forum guy" in chat the other day too... Was it you, @Just_call_me_Cola? The guy's character name and @name didn't have anything to do with Cola in it... character name was like Warhax or something... @name started with an H I think...

Yeah, my Stamplar was 2H+Bow (back before ZOS killed Poison Injection in BWB) so I had the advantage of Major Mending+Rally+Vigor, but as a 7 medium build I did struggle sometimes with taking on multiple competent enemies at once. My hope is that I can do something fairly similar but with the additional survivability from wearing 7 heavy to make the build more 1vX-capable. Also, I really like the Ritual of Retribution morph since the ground AOE helps deal with those pesky NBs.

And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who uses the other morph over Repentance. I get that if you can get good uptime on your potions the stam regen buff is redundant, but I'm far too poor to use potions that regularly. And if I end up in a long, drawn-out fight, Repentance becomes essentially useless while I can always benefit from the stam regen buff.

Sometimes I get bored and i do stupid things like this but it's okay. it will be well worth the 20 minutes of op gameplay until i level again and lose 500 WD.

That half hour of 4.4k weapon damage Seventh Legion procs was a ton of fun. Now I'm relying on Seventh Legion procs just to push my weapon damage over 3k . Guess its probably about time to get some new gear...

Something odd I noticed is that from level 30 to level 31, I lost over 500 weapon damage (more like 600-700 as I recall), but every level since then I've lost much less. I'm wondering if there are certain "thresholds", whether based on character level or how far your character level is from your gear level, that create a more significant loss of stats when you level up. I had always assumed that the loss was fairly linear, but my recent experience seems to suggest otherwise... Anybody have any insight into how this actually works?
