Didaco✭✭✭✭RiftenI picked Riften, I put it on the same level of Shornhelm though.
Riften's wayshrine is farther than the Shornhelm's one from the crafting stations, but Shornhelm's enchanting table is a pain to reach.
Also, Riften spawns lockboxes like crazy so I usually go there.
I never go there to dye my equipment though, because the station is inside a dark shack, and it doesn't show you the colours properly.

✭Rawl'khaIt really depends on your faction. For AD it's going to be Rawl'kha, then Grahtwood and then the new DLC location. Those seem to be the most populated areas. For ongoing, it's Rawl'kha without a doubt, everything is so easy to get to there and a ton of buyers and sellers in zone.NA Server - Kildair0 -

That cooking fire is terribly annoying as it often is the thing that gets selected instead of the banker. I generally go out of my way to avoid that bank.0
