✭✭✭✭Vulkhel GuardVelyn Harbor should be safer then the others from One Tamriel since it is protected by a quest line. Now it is a fairly easy and short one but it is better then nothing.1 -

Bank , merchant, black smith, Clothing, Woodworking, Enchanting, Alchemy, armor dye all in one room, no zoning, its great,
Go out the door and theres your wayshrine and skills reset shrines, guild traders, cooking fire. Just down the path is the Undaunted area.0 -
