Some of the problems I have encountered include multiple crashes to dashboard. Particularly in Gratwood, Orsinium, Hue's Bane, and other highly populated areas. However, Maelstrom Arena has likewise been unplayable due to lag and that's a solo instance. These problems have existed before DB but have gotten significantly worse making doing daily dungeons nearly impossible.
New problems include the audio dropping out and having to relog to fix.

@Caff32 When you lose audio are you also experiencing other performance issues, if so, what other problems occur alongside them?

First, power-cycle your Xbox OneNext, turn off all apps on your Xbox One, and log into the game.
- Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of your console for 10 seconds.
- Once the machine has turned off, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
- Plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.
- Once the power brick has the Orange light, turn the console on and try the game again.
If you are crashing continuously on certain characters after trying the troubleshooting steps above, please contact our Support team so they can move the affected characters.
Please note that these troubleshooting steps are a temporary work-around. We are working on long-term solutions for these crashes and performance issues on Xbox One, some of which will be in the next incremental patch.

I did the restart thing, which did not help, and opened a support ticket. FYI, support said to uninstall/reinstall the game as a next step before they do anything on their side.
