Actually I think you're right. The message of the lost sailor is bugged and does not count towards the journal when read, only achievements. It's probably the one of the three I'm still missing. These are the only 3 messages I've found with 100 junk items right now. But still missing one of the three messages as well.

Those are the exactly the ones I've found. 2 of them above and achievement one. As you've mentioned already it might be bugged. Yesterday I've collected probably around 50 and couldn't find 3rd one.

At 28 55.8 I had a quest there which I believe wasn't there before or I've just missed it. This quest leads to
Plots and Schemes:
To the Villainous Manacar (inside the house. Which is a quest requirement so hard to miss.)

These 6 books below are the only ones I'm missing now at Summerset

Mysteries and Clues:
Message in a bottle (Probably bugged as this is one of the 3 messages in a bottle. Opened plenty already.)

Summerset Scrolls:
Invitation to the Kinlady's Conference (Related to quest - which should be on inventory during quest and gone after)
Night Runner Captain's Journal
Sapiarch's Recommendation (Related to quest - which should be on inventory during quest and gone after)
The Pack of Archon's Grove
Writ of Valid Credentials (Related to quest - which should be on inventory during quest and gone after)

Inside the keeper's manor (Direnni Acropolis Area, 61.04 x 32.18, Lauriel's Lament quest) there's a document, Keeper's Letter: is it bugged (doesn't seem to be any entry of it in eidetic memory) or it get recorded with a different name?
The place is always available, in case it will get fixed (IF it's bugged)

other dubious documents are:
"Report On Wing Rot Curative Trials" can be found in Sil-Var-Woad Conservatory (a quest-only area) during quest Untamed and Unleashed, on first floor (on second floor you can find two of the three missable books, thanks @Uzzgrock for the info )
Findings on the Elemental Volatility of Imps can be found in the internal paddocks area, accessible from Conservatory rear exit (Sil-Var-Woad, same quest as the previous), close to a furnace
Fellrunner Failure? same area as the previous book, on a table further on (there's indrik mobs in area)

To the maker of Lorebooks , the addon seems to not be functioning since the patch. It does not seem to be a large error, considering the UI Error is a few lines long, but until then we cannot use Lorebooks to track anything. Is there an update happening soon?

There was a fix on reddit: replace if not hidden then with if not hidden and totalBooks ~= nil then. But no Summerset books tracking though...

@Runhent I tried your fix, and it worked, the Lorebooks from Shalidor Library are working, though something odd is happening...

For my main char, that finished the Mage's Guild Questline, the Eidetic Memory Books are showing as normal, though, for my alts, that not finished the Questline, don't...

And more, the option to activate the Eidetic Memory even if not finished the Questline, is grayed out, and not possible to interact.

This is intencional, until an update is out? Or is a bug? Please, i want to continue playing with my alts, to level it up, and picking Eidetic Memory books in the process... they have been showing before... i don't understand...

One Bottle book at the German Client named "Message in a bottle", it should be named the German translation "Flaschenpost".
I believ that is the problem that i dont get the Archievment book to the eidetic.

- Found during the quest: Culture Clash, you have to do a little something for Justiciar Rolumdel in Alinor and read it from your inventory. After that I have not found a location yet.

Where can i find him after the Quest in Lilandril?

As soon as I started looking for an answer, the addon was updated So hope the problem will be solved with it!

Yes, it updated this morning, and everything goes back to normal, the Option to Activate the Eidetic Memory books are working, and the Eidetic Memory books are showing now...

Summerset books I'm unable to obtain for a clean map.

Divine Prosecution Notification Located in each city posted on lightposts, glowing, unable to interact with.

The Scaled Elves Unable to access area after finishing quest, tried grouping with someone doing the quest, still couldn't get through the door.

I've gotten a report for Night Runner Captain's Journal that says it is near Nolore Stieve in Karnwasten but there does not seem to be anything at that location. It isn't related to the Karnwasten quest itself but its possible there's another quest it belongs to.

Book is on a table.

Actually you are only able to read it if you haven't done any of the dailies yet.

To the Villainous Manacar for this you need to do a sidequest en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:The_Hulkynd%27s_Heart and after that when you go near the house with the book inside you meet a guy who gives the quest for the book

Invitation to the Kinlady's Conference (Related to quest - which should be on inventory during quest and gone after) i miss this one because in the beginning i forgot that this can happen if you don't check your inventory every single step of the way....does this book appear somewhere else after or is really gone and we have to complain till ZoS puts it somewhere ? and i found the message in the bottle that you need for the achievement 3 times so far and no change in the lorebook library hope this will change

I haven't gotten any report on The Pack of Archon's Grove but according to one report
Night Runner Captain's Journal should be in Karnwasten. I cannot seem to find it at the location, however I suspect it has to do with the quest/event/achievement [A Book and its Cover]. In Archon's Grove there seems to be something to with with a unique named npc and freeing prisoners.

Yep, that note is one of two or three notes that are placed directly in your inventory. Every other book that is 'accessible through quest' will be read to progress in the quest, thus making them unmissable. One of them is Writ of Valid Credentials but I can't remember what the third was.

As for Message in a Bottle, there are three versions and one of them seems to be bugged. As in, it doesn't trigger the Eidetic Memory entry.
