If I'm remembering right, the book should be just inside the first room you enter after leaving the lobby area. When you're starting the trial, this room is totally empty, so you may be able to just pop in and grab it without actually running the trial.

A help for a friend of mine.
"Verrik's Note" in Glenumbra. He says that this book is unavailable after quest.
If you ask someone that hasn't done the quest yet... you can enter in the castle, but you can't pick the book.
Is there someone that has a solution for this book, please ?

I know 3-4 or so of these are story specific so Im gonna try to group up with a friend on said quests to see if I can't go back and access them.

Because there's no magic "fix all lorebooks" button... It's not like they all are bugged in same way and due to the same background issue that can be fixed and they will all suddenly work ok.

YET ANOTHER book that doesn't exist in the eidetic memory: the 2-pages scroll near the boss in Nonungalo that is a part of the Unfinished Business quest (does not exist if you don't have the quest, vanishes after reading, does not exist after the quest, does not exist for people grouped up with someone having the quest).

You can go there twice in the quests. Ithelia's Fury also brings you back there if you still need to do it. Otherwise try grouping with someone on the quest.



Anyone know where to find Yffre's hymn or Letter to arados?

Already did both quests on my main, which makes it even more surprising that I missed it. Are we sure grouping actually works?

Sorry, but respectfully, I disagree. Of course there is no magic button... but it doesn't take that long for a developer to fix a buggy book. It would be enough for one person to be entrusted with the task of fixing all the books that have been buggy for so many years! The list of these books is now known to everyone. It would be a few hours' work. But of course if lorebooks are never considered a priority... obviously it's a job that is never done by anyone. I wonder what's the point of continuing to produce buggy lorebooks without fixing the previous ones.
