Anyone else expericing this, sometimes it works fine other times there is a massive delay to your light attacks and they do not go off between skills unless you stop doing what you are for a second. Is there a hidden ICD on light attacks now or light attacks between your abilities? Something feels extremely clunky with combat

This video shows just normal light attacking and then "weaving" light attacks with an ability, you start to see the light attack start locking and wont go off after awhile. You also notice there is a considerable amount of delay between light attacking and using your ability

This video is a replicate of the first video, you see that the abilities start to lock up and interfere with each other after the same amount of time.

This last video is what I am experiencing whenever I am trying to play, all my abilities are locking up, and bugging out as well, my light attacks barely go off and they stop my casts at some point.

Some other comparisons from other players

If you put away your weapon jump up and down while casting abilities nothing happens until you stop, do we now have a queue system in which takes priority?
I really hope we can revert all of the animation changes/priority system that was introduced. This feels extremely unresponsive, it never used to happen like this

Here's another example of this happening, in a low ping environment. This is absolutely destroying all enjoyment in combat, vMA is near impossible to what it used to be despite numerous class buffs/etc. Please just revert to the old animation system, it wasn't broken. This is coming from someone who had nothing but praise of the PTS, I thought combat felt more fluid and natural, but one step into a high load combat situation and I can see that is the exact opposite.
