Oh... totally forgot to post this... Went with ZZ (The Disenfranchised) down to Alessia (I think) yesterday and we're working on the outside wall and huge group of ad pushed us back to the resource we had taken earlier. We were being overwhelmed and we were falling back into the tower as I was covering us with a fire ballista. I waited too long to get off and was killed right at the door step. So ad took the resource and filed into the tower as the rest of the group hit them with aoe, oil and ballista. I was giving intel in ts while dead and racking up the ap as they killed ad after ad.... then, all of a sudden I began to glow and I got the level up music... and all of a sudden I was alive, standing on the porch surrounded by ad and couldn't use the door... and was promptly slaughtered. no one said they rezed me, so unless some random pug did it through the door as ad was streaming in.... leveling up will rez you!

AD has Emp = EP drinks beer and sits on walks telling jokes, and talk about how pretty Chal looks when it is yellow.
AD is trying to get Emp - EP attacks Glade farm.

I seriously wonder what they are thinking sometimes. Remove EP from BwB! Then all we have to worry about is AD pop locks.

This happens to every faction. Just like DC when they push Arrius when AD has emp
Another quick story... as I was driving with my family across the state today, in the middle of nowhere a deer jumps out onto the freeway in front of me I hit the breaks and swerve, just missing the deer. My wife looks at me in horror, death grip on the arms of her chair ... in a knee jerk reaction I blurt out "WE ALMOST GOT GANKED BY THAT DEER!" The look of disdain dripping from her face was palpable... I think I might play ESO a bit too much when I begin relating real life danger with the dangers in cyrodiil...
yeah there is constant arguing and bashing going on ... people getting kicked from groups then being called a moron or an idiot or a "***" ... one person said and i am actually quoting him on this that people in the group he was in "must be autistic" ... a few of my guild ( PUGz of Daggerfall ) went off on the kid cause of what he said... its just been an extremely toxic environment lately

LMMFAO!!!! must have been a NB .... nerf deer NB's!!!
Thanks. Didn't last long (as you know you guys were like 30secs from preventing it haha) but being able to get there knowing how many of the major EP and AD guilds tried their hardest to stop it was satisfying.Brazilionaire wrote: »Great campaign, everyone.
Congrats to Maicon and Sora for emping... Not sure if anyone else emped, just sure it wasn't EP
Yesterday I was talking to one of the AD guild leaders who are pretty active on this thread (not sure if they want me to call them out) & he was telling me how the main players who run groups on EP intentionally do not even try to dethrone AD when they are friends with the person who emp'd. This happens all too often, we see it almost every time AD emps (EP will either not attempt to dethrone or step in and protect AD from being dethroned). People's alliances are to friends and not to their faction and that's why in BwB it's mostly DC vs AD+EP. Sure AD and EP fight but more often than not, it's DC vs orange. I'm not saying players are wrong for being loyal to their friends. I have friends on other factions and when we see each other we usually avoid fighting, but if they are participating in taking a DC keep, scroll, resource, etc we both have a mutual understanding that we must fight each other under them circumstances. In my opinion that is how things should be.
If ZoS would stop allowing players to create toons on multiple factions that would really help create balance and make loyalty to your faction actually mean something. It doesn't even make sense that players could create toons on more than 1 faction in faction vs faction pvp. You should only be able to create toons on one faction. If a player wishes to change factions, they should have to do a long annoying betrayal quest on all of their toons to the desired faction before being allowed to create a toon on another faction.
I believe you because I personally show up to protect EP keeps and if I see EP and AD fighting I always go for AD first. My reasoning is probably the same as the people you spoke with; AD zergs the map to death and everyone is sick of fighting 50-100 man zergs. The people you spoke to (I'm assuming) were just random players from zone chat, not the ones you constantly see faction hopping between AD & EP every other campaign.Brazilionaire wrote: »Interesting. Up until now I was very sure EP and DC worked together most of the time. One example was EP obsessing over Alessia when we had it, while we were trying to prevent you guys from emping. I played EP for a week a month ago - the only thing they talked about was how much they hate AD. There's even a dude who created a toon named "AD Killer".
But maybe it's a matter of perspective. I think they're very disorganized and don't really seem to have an objective, they might hit us when they should be hitting DC and vice-versa.

I disagree, to AD it seems more times than not, that team purple is against us.
I'll have to agree to disagree. I started on AD then moved to DC so I experienced it from both perspectives and it was always (in my experience) AD+EP vs DC. There are many players I could point out by name who frequently swap between EP/AD and lead groups against DC while on EP coordinating with their AD friend's groups if it wasn't against the forum rules to "name and shame".Freakquent wrote: »I disagree, to AD it seems more times than not, that team purple is against us.
