Ilterendi✭✭✭Bosmer, without a doubt. I love their lore. Also, there magic is without a doubt the most interesting, not to mention the many sects of Magicka wielding Bosmer are the closest resemblance of the Golgari. The Greenpact wouldn't be a deal breaker, but I likely wouldn't follow it all the time. Also, Eveli Sharparrow would look wonderful laying across my bed, utterly exhausted.1 -

Cat_with_Plates✭✭✭Definitely a khajiit. I've always felt very "at home" around them and their lore and culture is fascinating to me, even though they are a desert/jungle dwelling people and I usually prefer the colder, skyrim-like creatures and environments.
My serious characters in any TES game is always a khajiit, so much to the point that playing any other race without RP or a very specific plan for the playthrough in mind feels unnatural to me almost.
My sense of sarcastic humor and major sweet tooth would transfer over very well also.This one needs something?2 -

✭I'd say Breton or Redguard, because these two are the most human-like races (and maybe Imperials). My characters are all Bretons because I can "identify" myself more with a Breton than any other ES race, I'm human and white. If I was black, my characters would all be Redguards. None is better than the other, either way I'd choose a human race

Santie wakes up in a flowerbed, goes to work cleaning pockets, gets drunk, falls over in a different flowerbed then wakes up tomorrow with flowers in her ears and does the same again. This is the only reality for this one.
Is Santie missing something here? Why would this one want to be anything other than khajiit? This one is most happy in her own fur and intends to stay there!
