Well, the reason why Haderus is looking like Azura's is that the EP seems to have migrated from Azura's to Haderus. This is why the map is red and the lag is out of hand. And they have been saying that the EP faction is dying in PVP. Nope, they just jumped ship. The Emp zerg is Meth's zerg.

People are just trying to get away from the AZ ping that's constantly >300, can't really blame them for going into the only other populated server.

I remember this potential fight a couple days ago. Kholes had 6 and we had about 12 or 14. We ended up leaving Roe as it appeared there were already two established red guilds there. We ended up catching sh-t for it when the dethrone didn't happen. However, our attempt was not to protect the blue emp, but to simply not add more bodies on top of bodies at a dethrone and lag everyone to hell. I think we all see enough of those as it is. Also, Haxus respects K-Hole as they are some of our best fights in the entire game. To discourage them by pummeling them with double their numbers plus another two guilds just felt slimy. Not how we roll.

Prett, me, and half the k-hole group rage-quit Haderus last night b/c of lag. We were looking forward to fighting Haxus but there were just too many players on both sides at BRK that the performance was terrible.

yeah lag has been way bad past couple days...time to find a new home...old had crew pick one of the dead servers and lets all meet up there, maybe we'll get a night or two before the zergs realize the pop is gone.

I must have ran through K-Hole in stealth on my horse, I got hit by a light attack and crushing shock and fell off my horse.

haha yeah lone definitely stumbled across a couple 15-20 man stealth groups last night myself...lag definitely saved me a couple times when they couldn't get attacks off or keep up with the chase lol

probably gonna try a different server tonight...maybe wrestle with the panda thats tormenting ep and dc pugs on axe lol or take on the endless waves of yellow

Yeah lag and the zerging last night destroyed Haderus. I don't even care about spending 3 hours playing and only having a single fight that was less than a 1 on 4, when you're a damn magicka sorc against a stamina spambush/sh*tcharge pain train doing anything remotely enjoyable in that slideshow is just not possible.

WTB Damage shields on the Client like dodge roll is.

That's exactly why Cinn and I switched to Haderus this week. Any time we saw action on TF it turned into and AD Zerg swarm that started taking home keeps. Instead of remaining as part of the problem we decided to become part of the solution.

Hopefully some small groups of DC and EP can switch over to TF from any campaigns they feel too strong on as the performance there is always (currently) top notch.

That crap that AD does is the reason TF has become what it is now though.

People didn't just up and leave TF because Haderus was better, they left Trueflame because some AD tried their damnedest to make it a buff campaign.

I don't think that is their intent to be honest. I ran into a Similar issue on Haderus when I was emperor for a month or so back in the day. The real issue is you have people that come outside and try to usurp Emperor from you so in order to maintain your AP lead you have to keep going for any AP you can get or you'll get passed up. It is also currently the home campaign for my guild so you also have the guys who need to get 100K AP for their Tier 3 rewards each cycle.

I don't think Meat pushes home keeps but a lot of these AD pugs who roll into the campaign when there is actual fighting will keep pushing long after meat and the organized AD play has left.

I think if Fengrush brough K-hole and whatever group he's running with on Haderus to TF there would be some great lag-free fights for all and they'd probably have a good chance at holding a good chunk of the map as others relocated there.

the problem is that even when you push ad back and remove komodo from emp the map gets night capped and your back to what you started with.A couple of dc guilds moved there about 2 months ago to escape azuras, but with no ep presence on the map that could split the ad zerg it just left dc to be over run by the ad pop. A good campaign needs all 3 factions participating and all faction's pops probably just around 3 bars(like just barely 3 bars)

TM was in Haderus for a while last night (as well as TF and Axe -- Panda wanted us to help with a blue group taking the map there). EP was down to chal and brk when I arrived, so they were pretty well concentrated. Low fps and trying to fight Haxus, GoS, and the pugs that followed them with 8 people turned out to be not a lot of fun, so we didn't hang around to get farmed some more. AD there seemed too timid and unorganized so it was difficult to strategize.

15+? That's quite the zerg we bring. If only you had a single organized EP guild to assist.

On our guild pvp night (singular) we're lucky to get 20. Most times TM runs 8-12. We didn't want to make a buff campaign, we just want some good fights. Facing 40+ opponents at once with 10 fps is not really what we want to do.

Right on man. Pushing home keeps and pvdooring is no fun. FIghting K-hole and GoS is a lot more interesting, we'd love to see them on TF again.

15+ is being pretty conservative on my end, as I'm sure there are many players not with a guild. When I had a guild group in the past of 8-15, we wouldn't charge resources where we know 5 or so small players are looking for some small fights, instead just let the pugs not in group filter in. It's not always a bad thing, sometimes we have the small group makeup to fight back a little. But it is ridiculous to see some names that we see on AD jumping in on this.

It's all relative anyway, if I'm 15 facing 30+ I say zerg. If I'm 5 facing 12+7 I say zerg. If I'm solo and getting intentionally run over by the same 8 players, that know I'm the only enemy around, zerg.

My guild went there to test the waters last week, about three nights. what we encountered is AD exploiting into keeps. we went to axe too and its the same group. i cant say who it is because thats "naming and shaming" but its the same on Axe. its the same group they travel between campaigns.

like, dont complain about the DC zerg people. just dont. we tried to leave to get breathing room and we encountered CHEATERS. straight up get the front door down to 60-70% and some how get inside and flip a keep solo. the Emperor was doing that because we were one keep away from taking it away from them.

takes the fun right out of the game. i met one of them on haderus last night and opened a discussion. i was told it was a "L2Scout issue"

DKs and sometimes NBs can get inside the outer of any emp keep via NPCs, then they can get inside the inner via NPC in every other keep. "It's a creative use of game mechanics."

Ive been to TF 1vXing. The result was pretty much the emp leading a full guild to det push into me after finally holding up alone in a tower. I used to have that AD guy on my friends list - asked him what his deal was. He basically said he just wants to have fun with his emp and I shouldnt be sour. So doing a 20 man det push as emp is the concept of fun on trueflame.

The AD there are pretty miserable for the most part when Ive caught them somewhere alone - but that makes up pretty much makes up 99% of AD - sorry to those offended. The 1% are strong though.

look despite personal opinions of these individuals, what we have going on here is a lot of people complaining about the lag and zergs but you have these whole guilds/groups "using creative use of game mechanics" to completely discourage anyone from moving onto the campaigns that would alleviate some of that concern. it doesnt matter how good you are, unless you have the numbers, they are going to exploit the hell out of you.

and we all know who they are. they know who they are. its pathetic.
