Well new cycle of haderus. Nonwithstanding the fact my fourth reign came and went today as emp, the whole day was kind of a joke. The fact blue kept intentionally interfering with any attempt for red to take BRK back from yellow, and yellow intentionally interfering with any attempt for red to take back chalman from DC was just appalling. Its like Azuras 2.0 now in fricken prime time, get your goddamned zergs out of here.
Its pretty clear the smaller group mentality is gone. Sure youll see a sixpack of fengrush and co on occasion, hell we crowned me emp with five members of GoS at roebeck. Just around 3am EST. (blue had died down, but yellow still had some decent size numbers, a little late, but wasnt pvdoor at least)
But.... over the course of the day, I saw a literal 40 man DC blob in prime at chalman, at least 50 AD take BRK at one point, my group running anywhere from 5-15 through most of it. Why in the blue hell are your two factions stacking that many people in keeps? Wasnt it you guys that bitched to holy heaven about GoS running 12-15 sometimes? And youre bringing fricken FORTY?
I mean be real, AD with 50 guys, DC with about 40 guys, ganging up on red with maybe 30 total guys (less than half being GoS). 90 v 30? Yeah, real classy. Zerg more please? jesus.
But what really got me.... the blue blob known as order of mundus that showed up at literally 8am eastern to crown their emp vs four (at one point five) GoS defenders. 20 of them, really? GoS pushed the ring in aussie/west coast primetime with less than half of that. We stayed true to the deal to keep groups small, i didnt even all-call the guild or anything. But you bring a whole raid, at that time of morning? WTF?
Um. Do we have to start fielding full groups all the time again? Cause apparently taking the moral high ground and limiting our group size (especially in off-hours) is just hamstringing ourselves. Both AD and DC seem to liberally apply the "stack as many as you can on a flag and spam steel tornado and barriers just like we do on azuras guise" mentality all around the clock. WHINE WHINE ITS ONLY BAD WHEN YOU DO IT, ITS FINE WHEN WE DO IT THREE TIMES WORSE.
Im getting pretty sick of it, and im done giving out handicaps. if i see a single or double, im just gonna zerg it down now, i really dont care anymore. Tonight really pissed me off.
@Rylana actually order of mundus only pvp on monday nights, apart from the 3 guys who stayed up and played all day to help our friend get empress for the first time, we let you guys get emperor as that's what you do so you can have your little fun, and I assume your zerg left when you got it as they do.Well new cycle of haderus. Then we literally got together a pug group of 19 to be exact, 21 at one point of people we hardly knew and asked them to come help, there was barely any calls in teamspeak or anything no one knew what to do the siege was incredibly slow.
The guys that came help were majority all Australian as it was 10pm our time there apart from the empress who literally got it, went into sewers and went to bed.
Haderus has always been the Emperor flipping server and always will be, that's why people home it and do that sort of thing you see it all the time. It's filled with PvErs.

You fought us at Ash front door before the crowning Nifty. You know exactly how many people my "zerg" had as we engaged you 5v4. Yeah, literally five people. Lo and behold, 20+, and by the last two keeps 30+ DC show up right after. Most of them the same people I had seen six-seven hours prior. it was pretty obvious your guild left to come back to try a nightcap when no one was on to stop it.
So bringing 5x numbers is status quo I suppose? Wasnt even a fun defense, hell I lost my second to last keep (brk) still alive on that flag to a force-flip by sheer volume of bodies.
All you did was siege down walls and stack bodies with heals. Hell you had more healers than we had people. Overkill? Id say so. Hence why i dont care about this "agreement" to play fair. Im done with it.

again, this game doesn't resolve around you i don't even know about any type of deal and honestly sounds weird, it's pvp people zerg and people do small groups and people solo. you can't please everyone, people do what they please.
and no my guild wasn't even in there, we grabbed pugs from some trials guild, when you got emperor we got a group together. the same people you seen were probably 3 people everyone logged off.
night capping isn't a thing just because it doesn't fit your schedule, it is an mmo people play at all times of the night. this whole discussion is pretty sad it's not as if you wont be able to never get emp ever again.
really though it was just someone going for emperor on haderus which happens all the time, just your typical day

read the thread youre posting in, it will explain the deal we had going on. Our guild has intentionally ran small most of the time to try to appease the blues calling for it to make the server competitive and NOT an azuras 2.0 garbage truck.
Ever since we started doing that, its been exactly that, with DC usually being the real culprit bringing stack barriernado azura clones instead of keeping their end of it. Hell it was DC that made this thread.
So next time you see GoS running 16-24, do not dare complain. Im over it.

Three way poplocked, lag at times in the 2k range. Is this Azuras? Also, the 3 raids of yellow pushing BRK incessantly all evening was.... seriously the real reason it was lagging so hard. Not just 3 raids, 3 stacked raids.
Ugh.

if you look at my screenshot it was EP and AD pop locked with DC at TWO bars.
Blaze Fyrdemonium (+86) (255.5s) - 745,131 Total Damage (2916.5 DPS)
From fighting the AD zerg at Nickel tonight. That's 86 players, no guards, the keep was blue the whole time.
Haven't been able to even play in Haderus the last two nights
We'll switch to Trueflame if you zergs promise to stay on Haderus (or Azura's)
We don't even need a 'small scale' server as much as we need one that isn't zergged-to-funkin-death,
please can we have just one playable server?
You all can make Haedrus = Azura's 2.0, thats fine,
just stay there and leave the civilized folks to their mostly lag free pvp.
@Scamandros how do you guys play in this?
Do you have to stack three raids because you can't take keeps otherwise (besides day capping) ?
It is possible you know, you don't actually need three raids... unless ofc you are terrible... then I suppose I could understand your confusion.
Also underneath the zergging, is some pretty obvious emp flipping... rip Haderus

Thats just my addon, only affects enemies.
Haderus has been my playground for sometime now, before the tf migration, before the 'small scale agreement'. Those late night pvdoor groups were juicy points
Haderus has finally become the small scale PVP server we always needed
