And I am afraid there won't be many good changes for the Templar class. I don't think ZOS realizes or aknowledges the poor state the class is in. We don't need tweaks, we need skill overhauls. Unless they change how some of these skills work and make them viable as stamina I don't see how these skills will help for example Stamplars. Quick question: Has anyone tested if explosive charge is also broken like toppling causing your character to be frozen until taking a potion? I have just been charging at everything with explosive for the past 5mins and it hasn't bugged once.
Don't know if it's been mentioned. But jabs/sweeps needs to crit against damage shields. But at the very least I would like to see the. Healing from sweeps work on shields.
Finally there is a buff Templar thread that ZOS actually responds to. Where was this three months ago? I kept getting crap shoved in my face on the forums for saying the Templars needed a buff.

The 140% extra needs to be fixed so annoying when i'm about to kill someone and they pop a shield or healing ward or such and then i need to wait for my jabs to finish and change skill by that time there healed.

The 140% extra needs to be fixed so annoying when i'm about to kill someone and they pop a shield or healing ward or such and then i need to wait for my jabs to finish and change skill by that time there healed.
After some testing i realised that the 140% work properly... It doesnt do any dmg because jabs have low damage without burning light and burning light doesnt procc on shields. Usually every jab gives 1 burning light procc 4hits with 25% chance of procc = 100% procc but it also has an internal cooldown which also nerfed us pretty hard.
Templar still has the worst dmg in the game and relys on a procc. That has to be changed since proccs are 100% screwed by shields.

They have before. This is in fact; eerily similar to the one right around 1.6 and little came of it so try not to get your hopes up and hedge your bets.
FWIW; we do not really need that much but the last couple of posts really point to the issues of abilities being bugged or otherwise not doing what they should on shields or a number of other issues.

Pretty sure it doesn't work.
The burning light proc doesn't make too much of a difference, even with a 1k tooltip 2x 2.4k = 9600 , the burning light proc would only add about 2k, so while it's something it's not too important.

Also there is a 20% chance to not working at all. There was a video of that somewhere, too lazy to find.
@bikerangelo ty. I belive the bug happens when you are in bellow the minimum range of charge attacks and use focused charge. So if the first cast fails due to the minimum range, your other casts will fail too for some time even if you are at max range. Not tested though.
For the first video i believe you cant use light attacks and block, right?
