    Fix Toppling Charge pls. It's still bugging (after use, you can't do anything until you leave combat - sometimes). That's first thing that comes to mind. Mist Form might be the second thing - I heard the dmg reduction is lower + you can be rooted, which is not cool. And also I heard that +140% dmg bonus on closest target of Puncturing Sweep does not apply to dmg shields! That needs to be changed.

    Also I'd like to see 1 more stamina morph in Restoring Light tree.

    • Please make the Champion system character bound, just like any skill. Remove the account bound nonsense! Champ points starts to get earned at level 50. I am one of the few players with a lot of CP. I Don't want them all right away! They should progress whenever I play, as intended.
      Each char gets a unique "road" of progress, instead of having 500 points to spend on a level 1, who cant spell its own name?
    • Un-nerf or upgrade Tamriel open world to some kind of challenge! Like it was before the first Vet area nerfs, where players just couldn't solo 5 mobs while putting on their shoes....half drunk
    • Exp gain - Cut it please! Way to fast to gain exp. There are several In-game tools and options for those players who wants level 1 - 100 RIGHT NOW.
      Let the levels, advancements and your play style mean something! Exp comes from everything you do...why does this have to be so fast?

    These are my 3 wishes. And The Dark brotherhood please, since I will need some protection for having these opinions!

    Another thing Eric - please consider Battle Spirit (which I think is ok itself) not affecting item sets. I'm talking about sets like Whitestrake or Juggernaut etc, which I believe are now crippled by 50% healing/shields reduction. There are probably more of such affected sets. I think this should affect only player abilities, not set effects.

    You may no longer be reading but in case you are:
    1. I would like the molten whip "additional damage to ardent flame abilities whilst slotted" buff to be put onto Sea of Flames and/or flames of oblivion. Class skills should equal or trump guild skills imo.
    2. This frees up molten whip for a stamina morph
    3. I would like chains to afflict the enemy with a hard CC after use if it is going to grant CC immunity

    Hey Eric!

    The top 3 abilities I would like to be looked into are as follows:

    1. Focused Charge and both of it's morphs getting stuck and rendering templars unable to cast skills or even basic attack for a time after cast.

    2. Please fix the 140% damage and the heal on hit effect of Puncturing Sweeps not affecting damage shields.

    3. Please do something about Blazing Shield to make it worthwhile again and make some of the lesser used Dawn's Wrath and Restoring Light skills worth using.

    Whilst I like the idea, myself and I'd imagine many others will take this with a pinch of Salt!

    We have many Threads in the Developer area which have been created based upon the same idea, many of which will contain the same information that many are posting here!

    The problem with those threads are that after an intial small response there was no further input from the team, I really hope this does signal an end to the lack of communication.

    you are aware that the point you make with cp will just make it back to being vetaran with a harder grind right.
    p.s. you don't have to invest your cp at lvl 1 it YOUR OWN DAMN CHOICE!

    Imagine grinding cps on 8 chars. Or more, if they will sell char slots. And why people with 1 character should have an advantage?
    I would suggest to just remove cps from non-vet content.

    Don't listen to this!! I like to PvP, but I don't have the time to sit-on-ass to rank!! I've done the content and don't want to do it again! Keep it account wide, please.

    Three abilities I would like to see adjusted:

    1) Lava Whip needs a stamina morph. I know you don't want to take options from magicka builds but you know what? You're giving stamina builds only ONE option. Uppercut or Flurry: depending on weapon of choice. Not having a stamina morph is just unfair.

    2) Focused Charge: Make Toppling Charge a stamina morph, and give Explosive Charge Major Expedition. This will give stamina a powerful gap closer; while providing magicka templars their much needed mobility.

    3) Death Stroke: This ability needs to cause physical damage. Not a morph; the whole ability. Right now the only class ultimate in the game that causes physical damage is the Dragonknight's Dragon Leap; this is ridiculous. The animation for Death stroke involves your character pulling out two swords and slashing your opponent. I think this more than merits it causing physical damage. Magicka Nightblades currently having nothing but magicka ultimates that they can scale thaumaturge with. Stamina Nightblades deserve at least one.

    1) Can sorcs get some kind of a class heal? Templars are still favorable over sorcs in some vets.
    2) Can you add an incentive for tanks and healers to queue in LFG tool to improve wait times when tanks/healers are in short?

    I would like to see 3 changes in my beloved class - Dragonknight.

    Currently magicka DKs are lacking: damage, sustain, mobility, heals and survivability. I dont want to have mobility or super damage, but the class needs better survivability. Templars have strong class heals, Sorcs have strong class shields and NBs have cloack. What skill can DKs spam for defense? Reflective scales? But it is only against projectiles and it reflects only 4 if you are lucky and it doesnt bug out.

    1) Reflective plate morph - absorbs all projectiles for 4 seconds. Each absorbed projectile heals you for 1% of your health

    2) Elder dragon Passive regenerate 4% of your stamina while blocking for every draconic ability slotted (max 24% with all 6 skills) with 2k stamina regen you can regenerate 500 stamina while blocking. It will not help a lot the stamina builds because they can slot 2 or maximum 3 of these skills. Right now DKs have a passive that increase block mitigation but we cannot block longer anymore.

    3) Passive similar to the Sorc's one to reduce the cost of the ultimates with 15%. Standard is expensive and DKs need ultimate faster to sustain their resources using battle roar.

    1 - Decrease aoe calculation priority and massively decrease aoe damage compared to mono target spells in order to enhance 1v1 combat style in warbands (consider less aoe stack would be good for lag as well). A higher casting time on all aoe would do the job as well. Ultimates should remain the only efficient aoe, with a long respawn timer in order to avoid ultimates lagfest.

    2 - Correct unbreakable fear bug

    3 - Correct unbreakable double stun bug

    2 and 3 are probably related to CC in general being broken in several ways. Being CC'd after breaking free, not being able to break free, being (visually) immune yet still get CC'd and of course the famous mini-stun that comes from gap closers.

    Hi Eric,

    I'm a stamina sorcerer.

    Right now, I have no other options than spamming Wrecking Blow to be efficient as a melee fighter.

    I still don't get why you didn't introduce any viable stamina skills in the june update (sorry, but the stamina lightning form is totally useless, it was a terrible idea).

    Any chance that we get viable options on this like Nightblades and Templars have ? (DK need also direct damage stamina skills).

    God yes, that is ridiculous. i've been killed so many times because my character was frozen due to a gapcloser while like three other people where beating on me.
    I mean in most cases they are all good players and i probably would have died anyways, but not even having the oportunity to try and recover because my character is freaking frozen in place (and silenced on top of that) rubs me the wrong way.

    Could we get a Guard Skill usable in AvA ?

    Now that we don't regen stamina during block, it's totally useless in PvP, you get out of stam in a few seconds, even with a 40k stamina pool.

    Amen to that!! (especially the dk part.. Lots of people already made some good suggestions for a stam whip, use them pls)

    Dragon knights and Templar's need some love, I don't know if you are still following I just noticed this thread today. I know Templar's problems are similar to Dragon Knights but I am not as familiar with them as I have only leveled one to 30. As for Dragon Knights here goes:

    Molten Weapons: As a bow fanatic I was ecstatic when the buff was changed from simply 10% weapon dmg and X amount of fire dmg to a straight 40-43% heavy attack buff. However this still has its own problems, first off with animation canceling landing fully charged heavy attacks is not only a massive dps loss but in PVP combat is unrealistic for anything other than an opener. To make things worse damage was reduced by 50% in PVP combat which means even if you set up a heavy attack from stealth with Camouflaged Hunter and Major Brutality you still might not hit anyone for meaningful damage without massively stacking champion points and weapon damage, and even then you are unlikely to kill them unless they have very low health or are afk.

    I'm not sure why you changed this ability in 1.7 to require fully charged heavy attacks, my only guess is that this spawned from heavy attack weaving with WB. As the 1.7 changes have shown WB is the problem and Molten Weapons heavy attacks were not. Simply reverting that change to allow this ability to buff all heavy attacks would provide a small solution and some solace for DK's looking for an execute outside of weapon class tree's. However to really be competitive some changes need to be made, either remove animation canceling which would fix this issue among other ability and balance issues related to unintended combat balance, or reduce heavy attack charge times to 1.5 - 2 seconds instead of 3.5ish, or increase heavy attack damage across the board, or fundamentally change the class ability to something not related to heavy attacks.

    Stamina Morphs: The Dragon Knight stamina morphs are not bad in theory so much as they are bad in practice. The dot effects take entirely too long to do enough damage and over write themselves when reapplied, as well as being easily purged by several different mechanics, leaving them only effective in PVE environments. Front loading the dot damage to tick for only 3-4 seconds and increasing the initial damage would be significant improvements, changing one of the lava whip morphs to scale with stamina would also help out.

    Passives: These need to be revisited, for a class that has no mobility having to slot 3 class abilities to achieve the same health regen as a class(NB) that has excellent mobility who doesn't have to slot any abilites to achieve excellent regen across the board(health, magika, stamina) is ridiculous.

    Fix too high too low. (Just let us pull off keeps, almost everyone enjoyed that.)

    If blocking pull the targeted enemy to user. If not blocking pull user to targeted player, but only if they are free of CC immunity.

    Shield:

    Let this scale off of magic or stamina

    Molten Weapons & Flames of Oblivion:

    Who the heck knows what to do with these as both skills are pretty much unused now.

    Dragon Scales:

    Fix this skill not reflecting projectiles. It seems bugged to the point that it just doesn't work some times. Fix force pulse counting as 3 projectiles against wings. Allow wings to reflect more.

    Things not to touch.

    Leave "helping hands" alone

    Leave "Battle Roar" alone

    Leave Talons alone

    Honorable mentions,

    Turn flare into magic caltrops, just let it be a good AOE without the requirement of stealth players being revealed.
    Let the AOE of Blood Altar give better buffs
    Buff trapping webbs
    Allow bone shield and magma shell synergy to proc Trinimac's Valor 5 piece
    Remove stamina regeneration while blocking nerf
    Remove the Valkyn Skoria set nerf
    Don't tank

    This i agree with, but what about if you did it with the 5 bit armour bonus - 5 light all scale off magic / 5 heavy all scale off health/ 5 meduim all skills scale off stam. This should help tanks be competitive, ppl wont all go health as you lose all the crit and bonuses to dps

    EDIT: ok just remembered, this is my real number 1. please stop rewarding insane dps. atm only a dps can play most of the content. as you simply kill everything and ignore the mechanics (Maelstorm 1st boss is 1 example). alot of the boss mechanics makes this harder the longer the fight is drawn out, so a tanky slow and steady type build is not viable. you again reward the highdpsomgkillstuff builds. i know you cant punish people for doing high damage, but you could find a way to make dps not trump all.

    1. class abilities IMO should be a bit more general and mesh in with other weapon skills and ults a bit more. eg sorc (or is it templar) have reduce ult cost. this is viable anyway/build you can think of. it really assists any play style. at the same time they need to be powerful enough to be worth using. this change would be to large to implement, but locking certain classes to elements is bad. the skill lines should cater to any flavor, while still having a defined strength

    2. every class should have a direct damaging ability both stamina based and magicka (dk only has dots and no stam damage, as it is a stam dk basically uses 0 class abilities, almost every 2h ability in 1 bar) this kind of reiterates the 1st point. class abilities need to be flexible.

    3. weaving needs to either go or be improved upon so its not as powerful. its ridiculous you can damage something by twitching your sword. it also leads to HUGE disparity between players, and balancing content is made that much harder as people who are great at exploiting this bug have insane damage, and the content is either way too easy, or is to hard for normal people.

    oh and PLEASE make shields a minor and major buff. stacking is silly

    not the most coherent points as im a bit scatterbrained atm but hopefully makes sense

    How about a magicka morph for Vigor ? Stam classes have much better weapon combo's than magicka users do as magicka users have to use a restro staff for any meaningful healing. From what I can see most stam users use the same morph anyway so make the other one for magicka users.

    1) Don't let Green Dragon Blood be effected by Battle Spirit within Cyrodiil. For this skill to be useful you need to have low health, and with the battle spirit buff it doesn't even take you out of execution range.

    2) Take away the stun/bar lock on all gap closers. Dragon Leap doesn't even have it and it's an ultimate.

    3) Make Prox scale higher as per enemies hit. You guys had the right idea, but this needs to be revisited and increased further.

    Question: Why is there not a cross functional combat team that solely tweaks how the battle spirit buff affects certain skills? We're always afraid to be stepping on the PVE'rs toes while trying to balance PVP, meanwhile it *theoretically* can all be altered within the battle spirit parameters.
