Shouldn't this have deserved a hot fix, much less in an incremental patch. Waiting on the "next major update" is way to long for a broken racial. if it was a more play race then it would have been hot fixed.

If it was an XP grind spot it would have been "fixed" yesterday.

awesome, can we have a full list of bugs that will be fixed in the next patch, and then the ones that will not be fixed>?
THis is really absurd it wasnt fixed - I feel for you cats.
Its completely unacceptable that it took this long especially when IT WAS REPORTED ON THE PTS.
Report on PTS - wait until next PTS for fix. What happens if its not fixed on NEXT pts? Wait until another major patch? Not even remotely acceptable. What if imperials max health was just not applying for a few months? I cant see that happening.
I have quit doing pvp with my Khajiit NB until something is done. Only doing dailies and so forth on him until its a competitive race again.

Next major update? Seriously, why not now? I mean it's been around for ages dammit. You guys are *** hot at addressing miniscule problems, yet fail to immediately fix a very important racial passive.
And also, "looks like" isn't a guarantee it will be fixed in the next patch, unbelievable!!!!

Gaming exists in a realm of luxury/fantasy. I'd love to get the federal government involved to help regulate what companies can do to customers with buggy/broken games, but not much can be done since ZOS is at least showing some aspect of repair.
