How about removing arcane and healthy traits from agility jewelry, healthy and robust traits from arcane jewelry, and robust and arcane traits from the endurance jewelry?
you can only change the glyph on jewelry. Not the base trait. If its a health ring its a health ring and so on.

The weapon types must be adjusted, I agree. Remove staves from agility and endurance, bows & twohanders from willpower and it will be a long way in the right direction.
