Any additions increase diversity. That's kind of what the word diversity means.

I HATE THE RNG IN THIS GAME btw

True, I also feel like Sturdy and Reinforced traits should be joined, just as Training and Exploration.
No need for so many useless traits in the game, especially on veteran top tier gear.
RNG is fine but please make it so that its not ruining a potential good piece.
RNG upon RNG upon RNG makes for a really small chance to get something useful.

That axe is part of the jewelry/weapon mini-sets that are supposed to drop from the Trophy Vault treasure chests (Agility, Endurance, and Willpower.)

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom
Why put a training trait on a piece of vr16 gear? Please, start playing your game or let someone else handle these tasks. A year after release and traits are still garbage on dropped sets.
Dropped sets at max level should only come in impenetrable, nirnhoned, reinforced/defending, infused, divines, precise and sharpened. I'm not sure anyone uses powered or charged but the aforementioned traits are a good start. Max level characters have absolutely no use for training, well fitted or sturdy traits. The fact that they are still dropping with those traits shows an air of negligence to what the gamers want to see.

All Items from V10 and above should have no traits at all so we should use a blacksmith.Clothier & Woodworker to ADD our own traits to them or give us an ability to remove and add or own.
Problem solved.

I do like the idea of being able to add or remove traits with a high enough craft skill and the right items.
Perhaps these items have Training/Exploration on them for that lucky Level 20 player who just managed to get into the vault after reaching Imperial City for the first time.

Oh come on, the sarcasm in @Enodoc 's post smells like 15 miles upwind, even in writing.Perhaps these items have Training/Exploration on them for that lucky Level 20 player who just managed to get into the vault after reaching Imperial City for the first time.
So why is it applied to a VR16 weapon? Lol the logic is so flawed in your statement I can't even continue. Keep making excuses as to why ZOS won't fix their loot issues. We will then laugh at said excuses.
