    They actually probably diverted their resources to the Public Test Server as they said they'd be focusing on that all weekend, screwing over everyone on console.

    Is more than a problem with NA servers as we are getting it in the EU as well .. ZoS just like bunging it all on one thread so it's easier to ignore :lol:
    ZoS please understand everyone thinks and pronounces things differently, so please add to your 'rules' that things get removed if the Mod doesn't actually quite understand phrasing

    I can't do anything in this game without getting kicked off the server. I try to enter a dungeon or a delv and I get kicked. I try to enter outlaws refuge and I get kick. I open any door and I get kicked. I just bought the eso plus 2 days ago and haven't been on long enough to accomplish anything. This is BS. I used 1,000 crowns and bought the exp booster and my time wasted away from constantly getting kicked off.

    It's to the point where I'm gonna stop playing this game and all future Elder scrolls and definitely recommend people not to bother purchasing this game or future games from these people. It's been too long for nothing to be done about it. Stop nerfing abilities and making low level character able to compete with veteran characters that put in the time and effort and put your focus into fixing these servers. It's really ridiculous

    Well, it seems to be working now. Got my wife's character in and able to travel. Got my character in, and it looks like the servers are filling up. They knew exactly what the problem was - they diverted resources for the PTS this weekend and now they've brought them back.

    Then why can't they realize THEY are part of the problem? They really need to learn how to multitask...

    This is not a new game anymore. You can not say this issue is on us!!! Using that generic response is old. Employee's of this site do not communicate with the techs!! Why can't CS or the site admins address these complaints with the techs. Why must us paying customers contact and wait on hold an hour a day to get some person telling me its on my end.

    Same problem here all weekend but I think I discovered the issue.

    They started using the RNG for loading screens and login. So just keep grinding out those loading screens and you will eventually get where you want to go.

    So far I have picked some blessed thistle and completed a delve. That was the first 4 hours of gaming.

    They are masters of suspense! I can't wait to grind my way back to elden root!

    It will work, it has always worked. Gaming is an addiction and developers are just the drug dealers. They can do whatever the hell they want to maximize their profits.

    I agree. If I had known it was an issue on their end I could have stopped trying to fix my setup and spent my time playing something else. Instead I systematically started eliminating possibilities on my end while trying to reconnect. The fact that I made a new account and was immediately successful clued me in to the idea it was them. Admitting it and alerting us up front would have been more forgivable.

    I know... I know.... what I'm about to say is going to get crap from others.

    With that said, the only way a company will take action to do what is right for their product and their customers (when so blatantly ignoring us) is to enter consumer complaints into the BBB and other organizations of the like. I know that many of you will laugh at me. But I've been down this road before where products aren't supported and customers can't use the product purchased to it's fullest. The ToS for this game does not include not being able to play. There is no response from their CS team, no response from their Moderator staff other than the same usual crap of "check your connection", "hard reset your xbox".... etc...etc..etc...

    This is utterly ridiculous. Once again, I know that I'm going to hear crap about this, but file complaints with the BBB, your state's attorney general, everything. This is absurd that we cannot play this game without problems, nor acknowledgement of the issue. Getting Microsoft included in this problem will help prove that ESO is screwing over Microsoft as well. They too are losing money in this fiasco.

    ESO is a child-led company with incompetent employees who do nothing but shrug us off.

    **** this game. I'm going to wait until new fall releases come out. The incompetence of maintenance for the console players, and the NA server, has completely pushed me away from throwing another dime into this. I would have put money into crowns, ESO Plus and DLC's. You've ruined this for a huge fan base.

    I doubt you'll get crap; quite the alternative, everyone's just going to ignore you. DLC is very shiny after all, and everyone who's been in the world a while is itching for something new. This entire little issue will be a long-forgotten memory in a few weeks.

    Actually, wait. Make that, "...a long-forgotten memory as soon as the servers work again." Nobody's gonna give a single toss as soon as they can get back to their quests. Also, every office and organization you mentioned has much better things to do than chase down Zenimax over a broken server or poor resource allocation. I like a good "torch n' pitchfork party" as much as anyone else, but the mob ain't rallying for this one.

    lol no, it should actually be, "This long load time is just the game preparing to crash. Please play something else. We have no idea how to fix it, and we're very sorry." Why ask them to communicate, when you know they've got nothing new to say?

    Changing your DNS solved the problem for now, been playing no issues for 2 hours.
