This is past being an acceptable glitch with the server. This is a disgrace and disrespectful not only to the players but to Bethesda and the Elder Scroll saga.
IT is not acceptable that we the players are being ignored, or told its a problem on our end.
I am sorry - this is NOT a player Issue - This is ZOS Issue!!!
When it repeatedly states Cant Connect to Lobby, Cant Load Character Data, Constantly Kicks you when you try to map travel or use dungeons /delves as it cant seem to load other map areas, This IS a ZOS Issue!!!
I do believe it is WAY past Time ZOS have some respect for ALL of us Including Bethesda and get to business and Fix this!!!!
All this week I been experiencing horrendous lag in PVE and PVP only in this game.Am not using WiFi I connected my Xbox to my Router using a Ethernet cord and am still having this problem. I tried other games like Neverwinter,COD,Battlefield even smite and its only ESO that am getting lag so bad that's the game crashed.
I have sent 4 reports and support tickets in and I haven't received any response other then being told that you all are busy with the console release. Can I please get some help or can you all fox your game.
I'm in Australia and I can't connect to Europe or NA servers, it's been getting worse the past 2 days. Are the servers down for maintenance, not the best site to navigate.
I have had the same issue but if I get in the game it's fine until I use a wayshrine or go into a place that has to load up. I've only been playing this game for a little over a week and this problem started yesterday but I have no problem with any other online game or app. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon, it's pretty annoying to be getting into a mission then have to go to a dungeon or portal and get booted.
I dont expect to hear from ZOS. I've been talking to my friend which ones 2 private mmorpg servers, This is a server Issue - per what he said, sounds like something in the new patch was corrupted and now is spreading thru the server cutting off services when they are trying to be used - ie map loading, connection to lobby issues.
Anyone know who Higher up in the Food Chain with Either ZOS or Bethesda to try to contact to see if we can get the ball rolling on a fix?
Ps4, getting this issue, started last night, wont load area zoning. If i am lucky I get in but when I zone it kicks me out. I have try to to log like 10 times just to load character. What's the deal? Why am I paying for ESO PLUS when I cant even play the game......
So I may not be the brightest person when it comes to the ins and outs of programming, but its easy as hell to see its one of the hot patches that were implemented. Its only affecting select accounts and its seems to happen when people are trying to bridge to another server and they get timed out. The only lingering affect is that we cant get back in right away.
It started for me about 24hrs ago, which it BS, if it affected a majority of players they would have fixed the problem by now instead of attempting to "sweep it under the rug" and not post any alerts or findings. Most players do not care where the fault lays, we just want it fixed.
That being said I've noticed it only really affecting my NA account and if i can make it past the character screen then I'm generally fine as long as I stay within the map, to include buildings like the bank and such, if i hit a legit load screen and there is a flicker I get das boot.

oh yeah forgot to mention that the CS Desk is a joke. Clearing your B-ray Cache memory WILL NOT help a connection issue, and having sat on the line for over 4 hrs to hear some lame list of excuses that amounted to a "We don't know" is NOT problem solving period. Its lazy and pathetic.
So when you say "reach out to customer support to help with troubleshooting" I don't know what the F*** you are talking about.

The "best option" is blatantly ineffective due to that they never respond.
lol I logged in on the first try, but was invisible and couldn't interact with anything. Then I got the boot again.
It's like the server is just messing with us, at this point.

Got bounced yesterday around 3 or 4 pac time. Still unable to log into my main VR3 character in shadowfen. Getting stuck in the requesting character load which transfers into the unable to connect make sure you have a valid internet blah blah blah.. Yet i can log into any of my other characters pre level 10 in Auridon. Ive done every lame attempt at a fix they have offered. Ticket in and now waiting for the response.
just an idea? has any of the troubleshooting specialists suggested restarting the server? just a restart, it would be down for 5-10 mins. if its good enough to fix our problems... who knows it might work for the server.
