    Skipping weekly maintenance for console turned awry. I rather have then turn off the servers for just over an hour like they used to. I had truly FLAWLESS, HOURS worth of gameplay with no issue. There are times when the server went down and fixed it during the day.

    Now this. Almost 24 hours and still can't get into COLDHARBOR to continue my storyline.

    I'm having the same problem as well. Just started for me actually. Was on my way to a grind spot, tried to teleport to a wayshrine, got kicked, and haven't been able to connect since then.


    Really don't understand why I play for ESO plus or xbox live anymore. Seems like one or the other ALWAYS has problems on the weekends when I want to play.

    North America server is really messed up what areas of the US has the problem that could help y'all out. Im on the east coast an it won't let me load anything but daggerfall

    I've noticed that it doesn't really affect older characters; just ones that I've played recently. Went into my first alt, and everything was smooth. I didn't stay very long, though, so I don't know how it would've fared after about 5 hours or so.

    My guess is that the patch messed up something? I wasn't having any issues at all before that.

    For what it's worth, we do have players in-game, so it's not a simple blanket issue. Again, please work with CS to go through the steps. This helps us narrow down where the issue ultimately lies. We know you're frustrated and just want to play, but we need to get some info from you guys which we do collect when you submit a ticket. Also keep in mind that Support may be a little backed up so if you haven't received a response yet, they may just be busy.

    of course I did what they said and opened a request with CS, but the problem is they don't reply. So how do we work with them?

    Unable to connect to lobby -- unable to load char data -- unable to change map ie delves , dungeons, way shrine traveling -- all instant boot.

    We are now going on 24 hrs .... No answer to tickets, no real answers or concerns on forums.... at this point - Im tired of submitting tickets etc - however I bet you would still take my $$$ for crowns or a mthly subscription!!!

    All we want is a working game and the respect of having someone truly answer our concerns.

    They are more interested in watching the PTS servers on pc this weekend, they even said so on their Q&A. They dont care about console very much compared to pc. Been trying to play on ps4 for 2 days now only to log in after hours trying to get booted once i try to travel anywhere. Waisted days off. Thank you ZOS for your great costumer support!

    We have tried All the trouble shooting ti you give us - IT doesnt solve the issue

    Cant connect to lobby - Cant load Char Data , Unable to load maps when going into dungeons. delves, way shrine traveling - this is all an internal issue with the server.

    Plz all we are asking for is the respect of someone honestly telling us what is going and its being fixed. Noone answers tickets, understanding that there are probably alot othem, but still we are the consumer, we deserve to knwo whats happening etc.

    I think I'm done with this game. After spending an entire day dealing with this BS, I have finally had it. The straw that broke the camel's back (if you even care ZOS), besides the awful communication, was the stupid form response you sent me when I submitted a ticket essentially telling me it was my console manufacturers fault and I should follow up with them. What's the purpose of submitting a ticket if you're not going to entertain it and close it with a BS automated response. I hope the PTS server test went well. I also hope you have enough PC players to support the game after you chased away the console players. I refuse to support a company with such bad customer service. What an awful business model you guys must have. This crap will go in the used game bin where hopefully some other sap doesn't pay full price for this.

    All I can say is this is poor CS and shows how much the players of this game are unappreciated.
    WE get told to reboot everything, yet ZOS has done nothing!
    I know from Experience of having a mmorpg server That it has to be re-booted at times, and I also Know that constantly running the servers with these types of issues is going to corrupt the server and data if not addressed.

    My friend can only play on weekends due to work - Unfortunately well we all know how logging in / stayig in game has been now.....

    This is getting ridiculous. Games don't usually make me rage like the server connection issue is doing to me right now. I've put the last 2 weeks of my free time into this game because I loved it so much, and all because of some internal server issue on ZOS's end, I can't enjoy it. I've hard reset my Xbox, I've reset my internet, I've done all the IP nonsense and nothing is fixed. This issue needs to be fixed if you want people to continue spending their money on your games.

    Anyone know what i can do to fix this and play??

    They are saying its me, then i get an email back saying its Microsoft...

    I've been having this problem for the last two days or so. And my xbox is only two weeks old. It always happens in loading screens, into and out of any sort of area short of simple city gates. If the load lasts longer than 5 seconds I always crash. I only sometimes see it say that it might be an unusually long loading time. When it drops me back to the title screen for ESO it says "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." Which I do, as I am able to type this. Once I get dropped while loading into a dungeon, the process of trying to get on without being dropped again can take up to an hour of pressing A, getting into the character screen, and loading into the game. I get dropped back to the title screen from any one of those steps.

    Logged in (took forever) on my second try when I got home from work. Logged out to see if the issue was still going on and if so report a ticket.......so much regret. Haven't been able to log back in since.

    This has been going on since yesterday around 4PM eastern.....

    Hopefully us ESO plus members get the time (now 2 days) added to our membership...Crowns wouldn't hurt either as they've been given to people who've had issues with the game. Especially to those of us who've sent video proof of the issue happening to us in a CS ticket.

    --and there's this....no one could see me, completely invisible for a few minutes then got disconnected...
