0% Stamina Recovery while blocking is just way to harsh.
PVE is gonna be hardmode with this!! Especially for casuals ;)
I totally agree! If it's just a boss you have to tank then it's fine you can antisipate his attacks, but during most fights the tank is also being bombarded by additional mobs. letting go of your block for to long can get you killed real fast, but if you don't you run out of stamina and you can't pull any of the mobs anymore.

I think it needs to be a 20 to 50% reduction of the stamina regen. The amount of reduction would have to be tested, but right now blocking is punished to much. especially since you already lose stamina by blocking attacks.

Not sure if this is already the case, but the bosses in the Imperial City sewers are rather tough. On my first encounter it took about 10 players to take down 1 boss. I think you should at all times be able to sneak past these bosses. Otherwise it's not going to be viable to explore the sewers on your own.
You can sneak past them all. The two-pip "mini bosses" or "group bosses" are all in side passages, while the three-pip Xivkyn "champion bosses" are all mobile, so you just have to wait for them to go past.

• Make exiting the PvE dungeons restore you back to the place where you entered, same as every other dungeon.
If you ported in from Auridon, put back in Auridon.

If from the other side of the door, put back on the other side of the door.
• You shouldn't have to re-ride to get IC access. (Or worse, yet, re-enter the queue to Cyrodiil)
• Equally, you shouldn't be able to port to White Gold and exit to get IC access.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Earn it.

Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked?

Not exactly. I was trying to get into one of the new dungeons (Imperial City Prison) with a level 18 DC character. (We were testing the dungeon scaling, which is why I was with my newbie rather than one of my Veterans).

Standing at the wayshrine in Daggerfall, I thought "OK, I need to look at the Imperial City map". The dungeon was there (the only thing on that map), so I clicked on it. Nothing happened.

After trying that a few times, I thought "Hmm, I wonder if this map only works after I've been to the Imperial City once?". So I went to the Cyrodiil map and found that all three of the dungeons were shown there. I clicked on the Imperial City Prison dungeon and was teleported inside.

I think of the Cyrodiil map as showing PvP areas. I would not think of it as the place I needed to go to access a PvE instanced dungeon. So it's very odd that I needed to use the Cyrodiil map to get into the dungeon, and could not use the Imperial City map. This might need adjusting.

Also, this:
• Make exiting the PvE dungeons restore you back to the place where you entered, same as every other dungeon.
If you ported in from Auridon, put back in Auridon.
It was very weird to me that I ported into the IC from Daggerfall but returned to Wayrest.

Itemisation on the sets you buy with TV stones badly needs to be looked at. Those sets are just not desirable right now.

As requested I am also giving my feedback on this.

Item sets could function to become incredible desirable.

How?

Two different sets for each armor type.

Okay, they have that already, now what?

One item set for aggressive play and one item set for defensive play

Any specifics?

Yes, allow the solo play sets to assist in Player versus Player combat. Heavy armor has lots of passives and high base armor and spell resist, so make the aggressive play heavy armor give spell damage or weapon damage to help in PvP with another boosting purely defensive properties, like Reactive Armor [which is a terrible 5 piece set bonus, it should have a flat damage reduction when you're not under the effects of Crowd Control, could increase depending on how many enemies you're fighting, it doesn't increase spell dam or wep dam so you're going to hit like a pillow anyway].

Medium armor and Light armor seem much better than Heavy, but even then - niche with zero reason to use Ravager + Way of Air over them.

We were told on ESO Live that the V16 PvP gear has a 7 set bonus, no one is even motivated to test this when all the bonuses are so tragic already, just like Alliance Point PvP gear, which actually seems to be slightly better than IC gear with damage reduction on all sets.

Imperial City

•Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked? Yes, talking to the NPC at the gate was pretty clear and easy to find since she was right near the Transit (AD faction)

•Was it clear how to leave Imperial City? In a way yes, but in another no not really. You need to have sewers entrances for all alliances in all districts (maybe you do and I missed). It also would be good to have some sort of guarded door or something right near the spawn point so people can do back. Or you could put the "escape hatch" inside that destroy building so we can spawn on the roof but to escape we go through the guarded doorway and into our "safe house" (If I explained that in a confusing way I apologize)

•How was the overall performance throughout Imperial City? Poor, due to friends crashing, myself crashing and also Tel Var Stone griefing.

•How many Tel Var Stones did you get during your testing? Please specify how long you played. I mostly played on a stamina nightblade template, Khajiit, and I used mostly bow to stay away from targets and keep a healthy distance. I probably got a total of 1500-200 Tel Var Stones (That I actually kept, I got more but lost them all)

•How many Alliance Points did you get while you tested? I didn't gain many at all because once the rage set in over the Tel Var System I tried to stay away from the IC part of this update.

•If you played through the Imperial City Prison or White-Gold Tower, how did the balance feel between the normal and Veteran versions? What level was your character? I didn't play through this dungeon but from what I heard in my guilds teamspeak the normal version was a little too easy and the veteran version was a little too hard.

Tel Var Stones

•Was it clear when you gained Tel Var Stones? Yes, yes it was.

•Was it clear when the multiplier increased? Yes.

•Were you aware that there was a risk of losing Stones, and how it could happen? Yup

•Did you see the accumulation of Stones while you played? Yes and I also saw enemies camping in sewers ganking people and taking their stones and also mini-zergs running around killing all enemies taking all the stones for themselves. Awesome system #sarcasm

•What was your main method of acquiring Tel Var Stones? Fighting the Daedra.

Itemization

•What is your favorite new item or item sets? Where did you receive them? The Phoenix set is so far my favorite of the new sets but I have not found them all if you did indeed add 23 more. I got the helm from the TV stone vendor, wanted to collect more but probably going to wait for the TV system to change to something that promotes griefing and overall "douchebaggery" less.

•Are you happy with the stats on the new items or item sets? Yes and no. I think the bonuses on some aren't that great, also feel that magicka builds have just one set. Since you are nerfing escape mechanics and shields it would be nice if one of the bonuses gave something to make it easier on those of us who enjoy magicka builds more. Maybe a damage shield or dodge chance and combo that with a return in magicka or something.

•Did you feel the drop rate was adequate? For sets? I am not sure as I did not do any dungeon content besides IC yet but I will do it tonight and edit this.

MISC COMMENTS

- I found that the new Glass Motif, while at first it seemed impossible, now I kind of like the way you get it. It gives me a reason to do Writs when my character is already at max crafting.

- I am not liking that the new essence rune (I assume the Prismatic enchantment) is extremely difficult to find. I get that you want people to explore things and delve into the game but at the same time will a lowbie character be able to enjoy this new hybrid supporting rune? Or is it VR15-16 only? It should be all ranks and would be nice if maybe you made it a little easier to get but maybe still hard. Put it in writs and only have a chance of dropping at dolmens, off of random daedra or something like that. You could also add essence stones and potency stones that we can harvest around Imperial City, maybe not a ton so it feels like a hunt.

- Adjusting campaigns to accrue points differently depending on the campaign you are in is an interesting idea but somehow feels unneeded. I guess we will see how it plays out but I don't see where these changes are going.

- I feel like you are punishing all light armor magicka builds in this update with all changes to Bolt Escape and shields and I am just not sure it will excite new players to try these playstyles out if they know they'll get owned in PVP. Maybe some sets (like I mentioned) that help out these builds and/or adjustments to light armor passives that help them from just being easy AP for all other builds.

Any chance of looking at how some skills are hit with a double nerf hammer with the cyrodiil debuffs.

Skills in question are ones that have multiple effects in which each effect is hit by a particular debuff causeing the skill to be double nerfed.

Heals based on Damage: Funnel Health, Puncturing Strikes, Degeneration, Burning Embers, Critical Surge

-These skill first get hit with the 35% damage debuff. This also causes the heal effect of the skill to take a 35% debuff as well. The heal then takes another 50% debuff on top of that.
- Example: outside of cyrodiil, my funnel health hits for 5-7K damage and heals for 2-3K per tick. When in cyrodiil, my funnel health hits for 3-5K, but only heals for 400-600. This is way more than just a 50% nerf to healing.

Other skills that look to be effected are skills that have either damage or healing scaled off of a shield: Healing Ward and Blazing Shield.

While I haven't tested templar, I am a nightblade healer and have extensively tested healing ward. There is currently a bug in which the shield is not being properly reduced by 50% (250% instead of 150%). Even with this bug, healing ward seems almost useless as a viable single target heal. With the bug fixed it will even be less useful when you are only getting a 50% heal from a 50% shield.

Outside of cyrodiil I can get a around a 10-12K shield and heal. Inside cyrodiil, the ward gets to about 8K because of the bug, but then the heal is only around 4K. When the bug is fixed, the ward will only be about 5-6K with a 2-3K heal. This makes being anything other than a templar healer spamming springs and BoL pointless!
Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets - Argonian mNB Tank/Heals (PVP)
Strawberry Semifreddo - Dunmer mSorc DPS // Sunny D-Light - Breton mTemp Heals
Peanut Butter Sandwich - Orc sDK DPS // Kellogg's Frosted Flakes - Argonian mWard Tank/Heals (PVE)

Love the detail of the City... Losing 100% of the T.B stones to players I don't agree with or paying 50% to the banker. Vampire and Werewolf were both active and working together on my son's game. Also after using Mist form 2 to 3 times my toon will be invisible to me but not to npc's or pvp players, while this is happening I can use only a couple of abilities while being attacked and the camera view gets very high as if my character is flying. This happened in different districts and on 2 of the classes Sorc and DK so far (I haven't tried this with NB or Temp yet) & I did experience this only once in the sewers. Hope that is enough details to look into.. Feel free to ask any questions or if need me to try this in other areas.

Answering these from the perspective of a player who has not been keeping up with the details here and elsewhere:
FEEDBACK WANTED
Imperial City
• Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked?
No. It wasn't at all clear in-game how to start the content. The Tutorial information is good, but only if you know to look for it. I would suggest an in-game mail that is received once per character when the Imperial City is first unlocked in Collectibles, in the same vein as the Level 10 "Cyrodiil Awaits!" message and the Level 45 "Undaunted Enclave Invitation". The message only needs to say that you should talk to the Captain in Cyrodiil, like the Tutorial text does, but having it as a mail message as well should make the directions clearer to new players.
• Was it clear how to leave Imperial City?
Again, only if you read the Tutorial text. The sewer exit should have a map marker labelled "Cyrodiil" so you know where it is. I would also like to see the option to "go through" the door to the Lake Rumare shoreline rather than port back to base, and an additional option to leave the Campaign completely.

On activating the Sewer Exit, you'd see:

Imperial Sewers Exit
You are leaving the Imperial City. Where would you like to go?
• [E] Sewer Entrance
• [R] Cyrodiil Border Gate
• [X] Alliance Capital

It would also be good if it were possible to leave the Dungeons and get queued back into the Campaign, rather than being ported straight to your Alliance Capital. If your alliance has Imperial City access in that campaign, you'd get sent to the Alliance Base in the sewers; if not, you'd go to the Cyrodiil Border Gate.

On activating the exit of one of the Group Dungeons, you'd see:

Campaign Entry
You are entering the Alliance War. Would you like to join the Campaign Queue?
• [E] Enter Home Campaign
• [F] Enter Guest Campaign
• [X] Go to Alliance Capital
• How was the overall performance throughout Imperial City?
A bit of lag, but the major crashing issue that I had was fixed by the suggested change to the UserSettings file.
• How many Tel Var Stones did you get during your testing? Please specify how long you played.
37 in 3 hours, all lost. Although I was specifically avoiding most combat because I don't have an efficient build.
• How many Alliance Points did you get while you tested?
None.
• If you played through the Imperial City Prison or White-Gold Tower, how did the balance feel between the normal and Veteran versions? What level was your character?
N/A.

• Did you see the accumulation of Stones while you played?
• What was your main method of acquiring Tel Var Stones?
• Not really. There's no obvious marker or indication of how many you get per kill since they're not directly looted.
• It probably would have been if I'd got that many.
• Yes, but not through in-game notifications. Again, the Tutorial text explains it well, but only if you know to look for it.
• No. Since there is no loot window for them, and the counter is in the lower right, I often missed it when I got any.

FEEDBACK WANTED

Imperial City
• Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked?
• I did, BUT - I just went to Cyro, shrined to Chalman, and headed over, because I was comfortable in Cyro. I forgot that the patch notes said there was a quest to pick up at the gate, so I didn't pick it up, which meant that I then couldn't get a single quest in IC once I was there. It was an easy remedy - go back to the gate and pick up the quest - but it'd be nice if there was an option to pick up the quest once in the base - like if the General could just say "Oh! Maybe you can help!" or something.
• Was it clear how to leave Imperial City?
• I looked around in vain for an option to transitus out :), but yes, it was clear that I needed to leave the same way I came in.
• How was the overall performance throughout Imperial City?
• My performance has been pretty good. The first day my ping was in the thousands, but it's settled back down to normal. I've had very few crashes - maybe 3? All up top, no crashes in the sewers, ever - something that everyone else in my group has experienced, as well.
• How many Tel Var Stones did you get during your testing? Please specify how long you played.
• I think I've got about 2500-3000. Played probably 5-6 hours Tuesday-Friday, but was not careful about banking or trying to keep them.
• How many Alliance Points did you get while you tested?
• I think about 20k? I'd have to double check, but it's somewhere close to that.
• If you played through the Imperial City Prison or White-Gold Tower, how did the balance feel between the normal and Veteran versions? What level was your character?
• My friend and I decided to check WGT out while waiting for the rest of our group, and I can tell you that if you accidentally go in as a duo on Vet, it is ridiculously hard. :) We were both V15.

Tel Var Stones
• Was it clear when you gained Tel Var Stones?
• Very.
• Was it clear when the multiplier increased?
• Yep.
• Were you aware that there was a risk of losing Stones, and how it could happen?
• Yep.
• Did you see the accumulation of Stones while you played?
• Yep.
• What was your main method of acquiring Tel Var Stones?
• Mix of PVP and PVE. One day we focused on finding fights, one day we focused on PVE, and the rest of the time we just floated between PVP and PVE. Once we realized that no one was crashing in the sewers, tho (on Friday), we spent most of our time PVE.

Itemization
• What is your favorite new item or item sets? Where did you receive them?
• A couple of the BoP sets look interesting, but I don't have any of them. I wasn't really that impressed with the sets we can buy from the TV merchants.
• Are you happy with the stats on the new items or item sets?
• Not really. I don't love the weap/spell dmg decrease, and I don't feel like the V16 stats on anything are enough of a difference to make me want to focus on farming mats to craft the ones I can craft, or to grind to get the ones I can't.
• Did you feel the drop rate was adequate?
• No. Even in advanced chests we found, we would get just a white V16 and some TV stones. We were getting V15/V16 random drops from mobs, but ofc then we have the very low chance to decon for one mat, so it all felt very dissatisfying.
• Did you find you could get VR15 gear easily? Was gaining VR16 gear more challenging?
• I do think it was pretty easy to get 1k TV stones and then be able to purchase V15 stuff, yes, but I didn't actually want any of it.
• Were the new items or item sets worth the effort?
• I won't know til I test them!

Achievements
• Did you receive any new achievements while going through Veteran dungeons, Imperial City, or killing bosses?
• I did get the quest achievement that was dropped down to 1k quests, and I know I got a few others, I just don't remember what they were.

Imperial City

Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked?
Yes, but I had a pretty good idea what to look for. It was not very clear how to start the quest line. I stumbled onto it as I came in with a brand new template char. Had I entered with my regular v14 I probably would not have seen the quest giver at Cyro gate. It should be possible to start quest from sewer base.
No problem entering from either of the three entrances. After the first day I didn't have to run there either, as I had just logged out from IC and pop was medium or low so I automatically spawned inside when logging back on.

Was it clear how to leave Imperial City?
Pretty much figured I'd use the door I came in... Exiting the dungeons was a hassle though. Couldn't find the way out at all. Did not expect to end up in Grathwood when just entering and then exiting through Prison and Tower dungeon doors though. Please just put us back at the spot we entered from.

How was the overall performance throughout Imperial City?
Constantly crashing until workaround was posted in forum. Very smooth after fix. Experienced a lot of skill lag in WGT and IP though, and also weapon bars locking (padlock symbol like when I'm stunned) for no reason. Skills would work, but swapping bars didn't.

How many Tel Var Stones did you get during your testing? Please specify how long you played.
I've /played 24 hours (template char) and have banked a little over 3k TV gained from questing. No idea how many I've lost.

How many Alliance Points did you get while you tested?
24k ap

If you played through the Imperial City Prison or White-Gold Tower, how did the balance feel between the normal and Veteran versions? What level was your character?
First WGT run on normal (v15) with my v14 was almost too easy. Then we wiped several times on 1st boss on veteran level 16 (my char was 15 at this point). The difference between normal and veteran is huge. Don't change veteran! If you're gonna change anything here, make normal harder.
Normal Imperial Prison was more of a challenge. Also at level v16 on a v15 char. Haven't tried veteran mode Prison yet.
BTW... is there no veteran mode quest for WTG? We couldn't find one.

Took me three days to find/join a group for WGT and IP. Please make the Grouping Tool useful, and make it work properly, so that people will actually start using it again.
Queuing unsuccessfully for a healer or dd role in WGT normal for close to 6 hours is frustrating. I would have loved to be able to queue for both normal and vet, and for Imperial Prison at the same time. Accepting whichever I got a spot in first. Choosing language(s) would also be nice... joining a party where I have no language in common with the other members is quite often a game breaker.

Tel Var Stones

Was it clear when you gained Tel Var Stones?
No.

Was it clear when the multiplier increased?
What is the multiplier?

Were you aware that there was a risk of losing Stones, and how it could happen?
Yes. From reading patch notes.

Did you see the accumulation of Stones while you played?
Not really. The counter was there, but didn't really have time to stare at it. I'm sure some addon will place a message mid-screen.

What was your main method of acquiring Tel Var Stones?
Questing. And suiciding to NPC on the few occasions I had 55 or more. Returning through sewers would just leave me dead with no stones.

Itemization

What is your favorite new item or item sets? Where did you receive them?
Haven't found anything I like yet.

Are you happy with the stats on the new items or item sets?
Not the ones I've seen.

Did you feel the drop rate was adequate?
No. I have so far only looted basic "decon or vendor" stuff, no set pieces.

Did you find you could get VR15 gear easily? Was gaining VR16 gear more challenging?
Haven't seen any of 16 yet. Basic white and green 15 is "easy" enough.

Were the new items or item sets worth the effort?
From what I've seen they are not. I won't be putting in any effort to get them. Also I find doing writs incredibly booring and unrewarding.

Achievements

Did you receive any new achievements while going through Veteran dungeons, Imperial City, or killing bosses?

A few.
Tel Var Collector
Protector of the Faith
The Sublime Protector
Some group dungeon ones... I do like the new colors.

Overall experience so far

The memory leak is still there... ESO using incredible 2500000K+.

Werewolf is now totally useless. I have been going WW on my magica builds for the passive stamina regen, but now I'll just cure and spend the points on something else. Healers can't really do their job in werewolf form.

I like IC a lot. Quests, districts, dungeons, sewers, tunnels, Abyssal Depths, Weawers Nest, Barathrum Centrata... It all looks great, and I keep getting lost both navigating the streets and sneaking through tunnels. So much to look at and so much to learn.

I do like the music change, but can't really enjoy it. Playing with master sound off as that helps with some of the lag for me.

I like the current "open to all", with a pvp clash on each corner, gankers in every doorway, and nervously sneaking through dark tunnels. Getting repeatedly flattened by 20 reds while questing is not as funny though. I have given up collecting Tel Var stones, mainly because I haven't seen anything worth collecting them for yet, but also because as an average player on a templar dedicated healer I can barely defend against NPC's, and have no chance against other players unless playing in a (large) group myself.

Grouping up for questing is also a hassle, as when you hand in your district quest and get a new one, you and your group member(s) will most likely be sent to different districts. And like in Craglorn using zone chat to find others on same quest as you is also annoying as you'll most likely not be on the same part of the quest. This makes questing a solo thing.

To achieve some degree of survivability for soloing I had to change my build and go with heavy armor instead of light.

There is still a lot that is unclear to me at this point. Is this testing representable for how it will be on live? For instance, what will it take to get access to the city on live?
If IC will in deed only be accessible by the EMP alliance, or even "has all home keeps", many players will never have access unless they change campaigns or go IC in guest campaigns. I wouldn't buy a DLC I can only access / make use of once every blue moon, or on just one or two of my 16 chars.
Most campaigns are heavily dominated by one alliance and it is near impossible to change campaign when you have a char or two in each. Please make it possible to leave a campaign (at same cost as for changing campaign).
Also, the pvp inside the city is a lot of fun. Removing the bulk of that and leaving only the mobs and quests to do would get boring real fast, I think.

Ok. I wanted to ask whst with that mehanix? We was fithing with boss in sewers me and 2 my gildmates. There qas red we killed him then 2 more came. Fight with boss was hard and didnt ended. So we started 3 way fight - 3 of us -bos +adds - 2 reds. So we all died but I lose all stones my gm just 10%. we lokked to deth recap. So NPS was kiling me BUT re shoted entrophy and somting for 1.5-2k damage and get all my stones? WTF? Maybe you consider put min damage limit? Like do min 25% of health to get stones from corps of enemy. And if its matters for yours statistics i hawe like 1.6 k stones
And how obout those ppl running 5+ groups killing single players, for my oppinion the shood hawe only half of stones I cary. So if i get killed by those group i will respawn and think do i ceap those stones or risk and try to get more?
And this mattets to all pvp figts. Now if someone killed me I hawe no worryes ijust run to the fight, I hawe notjing to loss.

If its posible ti create system like
1x1 fight -> 100% stones lose
1x4 fight -> 50% stone lose
1x5and larger 30 % lose
To encoruge ppl to fight small groups
BUT if you fight group 4x4 you will fet all.
I know its hard and requres pages of coding but it could be fun, NO zerging or rinks.

I think I'd feel pretty ripped off to spend $24.99 to get 3000 crowns, spend them on the DLC and then find my alliance could never get in there so I could actually experience it.

Carefully consider they "gated" aspect of it. If the DLC was free, it wouldn't really be an issue, but because people need to pay for it, they'll expect to be able to access it, and most of the time.

Timed entrances is not a solution either. If you can only play for an hour or so at a regular time each day and that doesn't coincide with your Alliances allocated slot, you're also screwed.

fix the crashing coz alot of us cant test anything because of it

you broke templar and DK shields by nerfing all shields when sorc shields were the problem not the others...
now sorcs can tank 5 people without even trying because of how big their shields still are and you dont have the dmg or crit to take out the shields.

thats all i could get from the hour of combined play over the last 2 days because of crashing

Just nonsense what you are saying!

Shields have been nerfed so much, im gonna wear a set of plate on my sorc from now on!
Add the BoL being completely useless now and Streak pretty much the same, Pets in PVP useless and only wasted ability slots, burst direct damage halved, at the same cost of magica, Sorcs themselves are becoming unplayable!

I think the no stamina regen when blocking is a bit to much. It works very well in pvp situations but in pve situations it makes tanking near to impossible sometimes. I do think you should have some reduction in stamina regen but only by around 50%. This makes it so you can't block all the time but when you are beaten down by several enemies you can atleast hold block untill most of the alt's are taken care of and you can focus on the boss(es). This is also because when you have a lot of enemies the dps will do a lot of aoe attacks, meaning a lot of effects, which makes it so you can't always see a heavy attack comming.

my conclusion being. in PVP it works fine, in PVE it's just to much stamina punishment.
For the rest I love the imperial city. It looks amazing and I love the mixture of pvp and pve that's going on.

When I put my telvar stones on the bank I noticed that you need a minimum of 50 to deposit them. Why is this if there is an easy work around by just withdrawing some telvar stones from your bank so you have over 50 and then depositing them. It seems like a useless restriction. If it's meant for something I would like to know what for.

Hi ZOS as much as i cant wait for the imperial city to be released on the console because i dont play on PC that often anymore, i would prefer to get specifik armour for each set. By that i mean that i woild like to see a specifik light, medium and heavy armour set. For light i would like to see the Death Brand armour, for medium the Nightiglade Blade armour and for heavy the Skyrim style or ESO teaser trailer Daedric armour. I also would like to see this armour benefiting the klasses like Nightinglade Blade benefiting the NB while giving just to NBs extra weapon crit and damage, lover sprint and sneeking costs while increased sneeking. Sound OP, but requires full 7 armour piece set + jewerly. I mean this would give each klass buffs and nerfs aswell. It would balance the klasses a bit more in my opinnion... Thats what i would like to see for now in the next few updates and patches. Also rebalancing Champions Points or getting them availible only on the character who earned them. Im tyred of getting slamed by a level 10 character who has allmost no passives unlocked but still being ablle to Knock me out in 3-4 hits even when my character is VR3, maxed out with all the passives im using with my build. Deosnt make sence. I know non vet have a mag/healt/stam buff, but the Champions points are making this game hard for people who do not have an VR charatcer where they can benefit the Champions points from. And you should make them harder to earn for every next point we earn them like if the first CP is usual at the 100% earning, then make every next we earn at least 50-70% more exp required ir this is not the case. There would be less Zombies farming... How ever the 3 sets i would really like to see, or at least as a costume that we could colour as we want, not like these costumes we have now where we cannot change the colours... I hope someone from the ZOS team will read this and at least reply to if it is somehow possible to make something of this hapend or not. Thanks for the support and i hope to see some oft the ZOS members in Cyrodiil...

I played for about 12 hours on 2 templates, a magica dk and a stamina nb.

I loved the fights on the streets and in the tunnels. I ended up banking about 5000 tv stones but have not tried a set yet.

What i did not like is that some of my dk abilities like engulfing flames and fire ring morph of impulse had their sound effects changed, that made me sad. I made a post but nobody seems to care.

In the end good sound effects matter more to me than having millions of ap, gold or tv stones i found out....
Beesting, Bosmer Magica DK, AD EU, crafter
Slager, Dunmer Magica DK, DC EU, pvp
Farmer, Dunmer Magica DK, AD EU, trials build

Every major patch looks like the end of the world but somehow i just cannot stop playing.

Feedback of my test on the PTS of Sunday (August 2nd) afternoon & evening.

My highest level toon is a V8 Mage, so playing a V14 in IC was a new experience for me anyway, as was experiencing PvP.

I only went once into Cyrodil with my V8, however after begin killed (quite swiftly I might add) several times without being able to dent the opponent I gave up. It seems PvP in Cyrodil requires one to be V14, so I wonder how all the lower veteran ranked will be able to enter the entrance of IC - which I fully expect to be under attack of the other fractions.

I also wonder if within IC some kind of automatic upleveling to V14 will occur, as otherwise this content will only be accessible for the V14's.

At the moment the crashes occur far too regular to speak of a stable DLC; ZoS has some work to do in this part of the game. I tried various classes and the street fighting was quite fun, even though I am a PvP newbie.
The PvE monsters are quite sturdy; this DLC is clearly not meant for solo-players (which is my usual play style), and pushes towards group play for both PvE and PvP.
Nevertheless I enjoyed testing!

Imperial City
•Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked?
Yes, heard and seen it on TESO Live

•Was it clear how to leave Imperial City?
Not quite, only way I thought about was via the sewer entrance or porting away

•How was the overall performance throughout Imperial City?
Especially during tense fights the controls did not always feel responsive. Weapon swap did frequently not work as was activating skills. Latency was constant around 200ms (Netherlands, EU), which seems a bit high for me.

•How many Tel Var Stones did you get during your testing? Please specify how long you played.
hmm, I do not know how much I collected. Usually I died when trying to find a way to the bank (which I still have not found yet). Soooo, after playing an afternoon and evening I ended with 75 stones in my bank (died by a critter and went back to the base from the spawning location).

•How many Alliance Points did you get while you tested?
Hmm, from rank 0 to rank 3 (909 earned). 8910 on the empreror track. For around 5 hours effective play.

Tel Var Stones
•Was it clear when you gained Tel Var Stones?
I saw in the right-bottom screen the quantity of stones; however during tense fights I quickly forgot about them. Usually I became aware how many I had collected in the death-recap (where I usually had lost them all).

•Was it clear when the multiplier increased?
Yes

•Were you aware that there was a risk of losing Stones, and how it could happen?
Yes, I heard about this in TESO Live

•Did you see the accumulation of Stones while you played?
Usually at death-recap, when I had lost them.

•What was your main method of acquiring Tel Var Stones?
I was more busy staying alive and figuring out PvP then with collecting stones. This was for me a side-effect, however as I died a lot I never came to collecting any substantial amount.

Itemization
Not relevant, not yet got to the point I could obtain new items.

Achievements
•Did you receive any new achievements while going through Veteran dungeons, Imperial City, or killing bosses?
I did receive some new achievements, when fighting on the Streets of IC - although I do not remember which one(s)....

So I've tried to do vet Imperial City with my guild and the first boss was ridiculously strong. We wiped on it many times and didn't get him under 70% health. We were with a really decent group (where we have no problem getting a score of 9k on vet dsa)

Afterwards we decided to do normal first to see for certain mechanics and this first boss was fairly easy, especially compaired vet. In vet he hits harder, he runs 3x faster and has 3x more health, also the adds that spawn take quite long to take down which makes it harder for the tank to aggro the boss since the best way we found out to fight the boss, was kiting him around. But he is too fast for a tank without speed buff, I can see it happen with a NB or Sorc tank and Templar spamming heals, but a DK or Templar tank without speed buff is just almost impossible to kite. He can one-shot the tank pretty easy (our tank got smashed with a 43k hit). Using Retreating Manoeuvers also did not work and was more of a death sentence than actually useful. We've tried so many different things, but the best (and only) good option looked like kiting him because he hits so hard and you need to stay out of frontal cone at any cost, even when you stand in it and dodge or walk out you still take the hit.

I felt that the mechanics were practically the same, except way more extremer in the vet pledge. But if every mechanics becomes 3x stronger then the total difficulty will increase exponentially. Or there has to be a mechanic to defeat the boss, but then it's extremely hard to find out what it is. We've been going on with that boss for 2 hours until it was too frustrating. It's a pretty cool fight and the dungeon looks great, just a hard time getting passed the first boss. And I also don't think it should only be possible with a NB or Sorc tank and a DK or Templar being left out, that's mainly the reason why I wanted to put this on the forum.

I'm reminded in this era of CP being the be all and end all- skill does come into the equation at times. I take my V3 and V5 in regularly, and have very good results. In small groups with my guild mates (groups of 2-7) and in larger groups as we find them. Unlike what the script seems to indicate these days, you can be impactful and can have fun in Cyrodiil. Will you get killed at times? Sure! But crouching helps more than it may seem. As does not being in a hurry so that you mount up all the time. In fact, in many cases, by waiting in crouch and watching my guild mates mount up, I've gotten a *lot* of kills from using them as "bait". And of course, not riding over bridges in plain sight.

Would love to test the IC.

But I cannot with 2 of the 3 characters I play with since they are in different alliances.

Can you please remove the Alliance Restrictions from the PTS and Live for 2.1 so we can actually play the characters we have literally spend months on according to /play.

Thank you.

^ This! Or just add the ability for characters to LEAVE a campaign.

Good to hear it is possible to have fun on the lower veteran ranks. It could very well be that I stumbled uppon someone who had too many advantages (skills, VR-rank, PvP-abilities, equipment, CP) over me. Dieing now and then is no problem, however I do need the feeling I at least have a chance and can be meaningful.

Were you alone?

Yes, but so was the enemy.
He/she had sneaked somehow through our wall and was attacking some NPCs. As I had nearby one of the newbie quests I thought to try out some 1vs1 PvP. The 3rd attempt (after changing around my abilities) I succeeded in taking around 15% health before I perished.

In IC I have had great fun attacking with a group; especially when buffing/healing them. So I guess that's my prefered role

FEEDBACK WANTED

Imperial City

Did you understand how to get to Imperial City, and how the new systems worked?
Yes.

Was it clear how to leave Imperial City?
No but I just looked on the map and looked for the entrance that had all of the inactive quest markers and found it that way.

How was the overall performance throughout Imperial City?
Other than the client crash issues that you guys are already aware of, performance is actually excellent good fps even in combat with several people at the same time or lots of stuff going on on screen at the same time.

How many Tel Var Stones did you get during your testing? Please specify how long you played.
I've been playing in the PTS since the 29th of July and I've put in a a few hours each day with a few days putting in several hours (4-5) and as of now (according to the achievement tracker for Tel Var Baron) I have earned 5660 TV stones

How many Alliance Points did you get while you tested?
Approximately 15,000.

If you played through the Imperial City Prison or White-Gold Tower, how did the balance feel between the normal and Veteran versions? What level was your character?
I haven't even attempted the vet versions of the dungeons yet will let you know when I do (I've heard too many horror stories) as far as the non-vets go the new strats and mechanics introduced are quite engaging and a lot of fun. Never did I think that leveling ledgerman would have come in handy for a boss fight and the fight against Lord Warden Dusk was very enjoyable the mechanics in that fight were really cool look forward to going into those more when the live server drops. the two dungeons are considerably more difficult than the other non-vet dungeons on the live server but that's more than likely because it is scaled to v15 (the level of my toon at the time) when the rest stop at v12 and the mechanics were brand new. with that being said it was not overly difficult and its kind of refreshing to have content you cannot face roll and out DPS the mechanics. the only fight I felt that there was imbalance was the three DKs (Elite Guard maybe?) they dropped ultis almost back to back and three dragonknight standards stacked on top of each other is a bit silly and in some instances would have two ultimates (dragonnight standard and magma armor for example) going simultaneously but other than that I have no complaints about either dungeon at the moment.

Tel Var Stones

Was it clear when you gained Tel Var Stones?
yes it gives a nice audio queue any time you pick them up off of NPCs and Players alike and the counter is very prominently displayed in the bottom right corner.

Was it clear when the multiplier increased? yes 2x kick in at 100 TV stones and 3x kicks at 1k TV stones never got to the 4x multiplier.

Were you aware that there was a risk of losing Stones, and how it could happen?
Yes I am definitely a bit on edge when in there always keeping caltrops down during combat and keeping an eye on my surroundings and even then was ganked during boss fights more than a few times (by one of your favorites last time probably talking about how awesome he was in his twitch stream that he ganked 2 EP while they had a Coldharbour Elite Guard in execute...jerk)

Did you see the accumulation of Stones while you played?
yes albeit slowly with over half being taken by the environment or by other players.

What was your main method of acquiring Tel Var Stones?
Drake of Blade quests, Scouting missions, Killing NPCs and Players alike (I will say that I did not go after enemy players unless they initiated attack first) and the pinion door things and chests.

Itemization

What is your favorite new item or item sets? Where did you receive them?
the overwhelming set looks pretty awesome and I picked it up the White-Gold Tower I beleive

Are you happy with the stats on the new items or item sets?
Some of them.

Did you feel the drop rate was adequate?
haven't run the dungeons enough to really give an accurate answer I ran them both once and got 2 or 3 items from different sets it seems that at that rate it would take awhile to get a 5 piece set in the configuration that I would want it but that's about par with the drop rates in the live.

Did you find you could get VR15 gear easily? Was gaining VR16 gear more challenging?
V15 was not so much of an issue V16 is on the PTS out of reach to make a set of medium gear I would need over 600 Daedric Skin... seems a bit silly to me not sure if that's your all's way of controlling how quickly we get max level gear but... that's probably not the way to go about it just saying.

Were the new items or item sets worth the effort?
Again hard to answer this in totality havent completed any sets that you find through questing we had an opportunity to test the black rose set from the TV vendor that will be quite nice for stam management as a tank but other than than can't really speculate its going to take awhile to get those sets complete at this rate...

Achievements
Did you receive any new achievements while going through Veteran dungeons, Imperial City, or killing bosses?
Appears to have been 10 achievements in total including achievements from both running content in IC and the two non-vet dungeons.
