For reference the release of the system was June 15 which is currently 20 days.

As a result I can say that I have completed 27 R.I.6 writs, 13 R.I.5 writs and 120 <R.I.5 writs without any fragments.

Can anyone tell whether having ALL provisioning passives maxed has affected RNG at all? My sole Writ VI crafter doesn't have Gourmand maxed.

I am lvl vr14 and I do the writs every day only got one Frag at this rate.
I estimate to have all 7 by the year 2016 or 2017.

Only my main has all passives. Two others are doing writ VI, with only 6/6 in recipe improvement.Both have gotten 1 fragment each.

Currently doing 8 daily writs, 1 IV, 4 V, 3 VI. So far have 5 fragments. All but one came from VI writs. Lucky enough to trade duplicate for one I didn't have.

Still trying to figure out why the one alt has to turn in writ IV at fighters guild instead of Cold Harbor. All alts did the same routine, and 4 others below level 10 turn in at Cold Harbor.

Any chance you started the quest line on the others and not that alt? Or it isn't getting credit for starting it?

Otherwise there is some other issue that isn't following what should be happening Writ IV 4/6 is still in 1-50 zone, 5/6 Writ V should move to Cold Harbor but only if quest-line started (Hollow City Guardian at front gate).

I'm the same - none.

To the extent that while I still do the writs I've basically given up hope - I'm not even disappointed when I don't get one. It's as if they just don't exist...

If it takes this long to get none then it will take forever to get a full set

At 38 writs between 2 characters maxed on Provisioning and still only the 1 fragment from 2nd day. Once servers are up today, will see if I get one today.

2 more writs for total of 40 and no new fragment. So, 1 fragment out of 40 so far for me.

As of 7/7/2015, 42 writs and only the 1 fragment from 2nd day after patch.

Got two this weekend, so now I have 4 fragments. Now the odds of me getting a fragment I don't have are getting real small.

I look at you with 8 frags with 70 less attempts than I have, and I have got 0... that just isnt right! lol... happy for you of course.

This could show what the writ level means. Mine are all VI level. Still your 60 VI writs should have procced, but we all know RNG.

I have, uh, made a mistake. Um, i have missed one fragment at some point because they drop all the time, and errm, i have actually *nine* frags. So the correct status is
1 more writ, no fragments.
Total 106 writs, nine fragments.

Has anyone noted that they are getting the fragments when the toon did not craft the provision item? I had my provisioning alt make a bunch of the common items and I just keep pulling from "stock" to turn the writs in. I have not gotten any fragments yet across 2 VI and 4 IV everyday since the release. (How ever many that is).

Release was on June 15. I have a character at each of the 6 provisioning levels (OCD? Moi?) and I've done the writ for each of them daily from June 16 through today, so that's 22 days, 132 writs. (Although it's only 22 at tier 6, if the OP is only counting tier 6 writs.)

I got a fragment on my *first day* from the tier 6 writ. I haven't got a fragment since then, on any character, regardless of tier. Total fragments from 132 writs = 1.

The patch note said that higher tier writs provide higher chance of fragments, so I guess it makes sense to only track the tier 6 writs. Still, one out of 22 is depressing. But I've snagged some money and an assortment of purple recipes. I'll probably continue until I stop getting useful recipe drops.

I only have one VR doing Writ VI and he hasn't gotten any Frags yet since launch and he makes all the food/bev for all my alts. Even crafted by doer doesn't appear to "increase" RNG at all.

Got my first frag ll a couple of weeks ago and lo and behold got my second frag ll this morning. Aaarg!
