    @Jayne_Doe, I still have until 10/05, but I will give them 14days max before unsubscribing, putting a ban on spending money on eso.
    I will not allow Zenimax to steal my money, if they cant or wont take responsibility for there product

    And yes, got that from 16year old girl assassin, in the anime MADLAX :p

    Trying to keep these threads going in the hopes that one of the ZOS folks will see and maybe even reply. Hah!

    Still waiting for my August crowns, although I didn't notice and submit a ticket until last week. I hadn't had any issues before, so I wasn't paying close enough attention, until I saw some of these threads and decided I'd better check my account.

    My subscription renews tomorrow (the same date as the launch of IC), and I expect I'll have to update my support ticket to let them know that I didn't receive my September crowns.

    They are going to lose a lot of money if they don't fix the underlying issue ASAP. Having to submit a support ticket every time you don't get your crowns is not a solution and is just going to encourage more and more players to stop subscribing and potentially not purchase any crowns at all.

    Its time they show us some customer service.
    At least let us know a time frame, and for gods sake reply ones in a while. Try to show that you care about your "Customers" at all!

    Thus any admin of support humans or look at this problem at all?
    Or do you not care one bit for all topic/players with this problem?

    ive had eso plus since it came out on xbox one and each time its been on time with the renew but this time is different its been renewed since the 11th of this month but i still havent gotten my crownd nor my loyalty pet. they want proof thats its been renewed so i sent thrm the email i got from microsoft saying its been paid and its renewed but they still want more lol. i still have the eso plus buffs too do thats proof again and when i get on when the dlc is out and i get it for free since i have eso plus then theres more proof and if they still think thats not proof then i cant help stupidity

    This is a bad trend. I know there were a lot of issues at console launch with crowns and the imperial perks, but to have this issue crop up in the last couple of months and affecting players that hadn't had any issues before is ridiculous.

    No acknowledgment by any mods to any of these threads suggests that they don't want to admit any fault on their side, nor do they really care to fix the problem. They just put us all aside in a waiting pattern with no indication that this is going to be resolved or that they'll even fix the underlying problem.

    They seem to be content with having their paying customers submit support tickets and then sit quietly by while nothing gets done. I'm not looking forward to getting home tonight and discovering that my September crowns aren't there.

    hahahaha guess wat guys i still have my bonus but heres the funny part since the reset on the campaigns too i cant even play the damn ic dlc cuz its sayin i need a day and a half before i can set a home and 16 hours before i can set a guest way to suck guys seriously way to suck and i still havent gotten my crowns nor pet

    Haven't received my crowns yet, opened a ticket gave them all the info and screen shots they asked for and still nothing.

    I got my crowns immediately upon purchase and on time every month. Just so people know it's not happening to eveyone

    They add the missing crowns, and it only took 7 workdays.

    My tricket started at 06-09, its can be next week for you.

    Yeah, it was one week for me too. Ticket opened on 9/8 (for my August missing crowns), and received an email yesterday that my crowns were credited. I kept emailing them to keep the ticket open.

    However, no crowns for September, though I still had all the buffs and IC DLC. I'll check again tonight before submitting another support ticket, as they suggest waiting 24 hours and I just want to add a little buffer to that.

    And for the kind poster who felt compelled to say that he hasn't had any problems - that's great! I didn't have any issues until August, so for the first two months, I was fine. Just be sure to check your crown balance every month to be sure you get them, as until they fix whatever the underlying issue is, it could very well happen to you. No one here is saying that it's affecting everyone, but anyone who is affected should post so that ZOS get a better picture of the problem.

    Hey everyone. We've found that if you're not seeing your crowns right away after your purchase, most users will receive their crowns within a day. If a day has passed and you still don't see your purchased crowns, please let us know.

    That's a load of crap. I have been a plus member for around 3 weeks and my membership renews on October 1st. I have been playing the dlc on xbox one until tonight. I log in tonight and run all the way to sewer entrance since we have zero keeps, and it won't let me in, says I have to buy the dlc. So I open my character screen and it doesn't say I am a member now. So I came home from working in another state to play tonight and I'm sure I will not have this resolved by time I have to leave tomorrow for a different state, for 2 days and home for a few hours to go back to the first said state. So if you could find the time to get me a number to call for my money back on eso plus. I can already see how my money invested into this game is gonna go. Bugged out of the things I wanna do all the time and it's not worth the money to pay monthly.

    No imerial city with eso plus as well, that's false adverted, we've all paid for a product that we were told would be delivered and it was taken away.

    I've had plus for 2 months with no fail, and now I can't access the IC or use any of my plus benefits. I'm paid up, this is lame. Full game crash then no plus and you guys are feining crown lag? Get real, you know you have a serious problem, address it!

    Not even a maintenance update, Xbox one NA game chatter is salty
