    I did that and got a response saying "At this time, please refer to Microsoft's Customer Support team for further assistance with completing the purchase. If they are unable to resolve your issue, reply back to this email for further assistance." When I replied back I got no email in return.

    Right, for Xbox users don't worry about contacting Customer Support, it's definitely not their end. I had a lovely lady from Xbox Customer Service try out several things for me their end on Tuesday, including resetting my subscription, which is active when I look in my Subscriptions area on my Xbox.

    Check to see if you're getting the XP/Coin perks etc... first under your Character menu. If not, then it is worth contacting Microsoft Customer Support. I have received the receipt for the transaction too so it definitely went through, but still no Crowns yet for me either, but I'm not letting it get to me, I'm still enjoying the game!

    Notice that there is maintenance on the servers scheduled for today - hopefully this might resolve the issue for some? (But no maintenance for EU XB1 servers but there is for PS4 EU and NA and XB1 NA?!).

    Until then, just kick back and enjoy the game - just like you don't need to have a few drinks to enjoy a good night out (for some anyway!), you can still play the game just fine without the extra Crowns at the moment! They'll come...

    Contacted Xbox support and they said

    "as per the developers web site the 1500 crowns is still being processed by the makers of the game, the delay is still posted on their website with a maximum turn around tome of 4 days...now no need to worry as they are working with our engineering team to speed up the process in general. I myself have not yet received my 1500 crown points..."

    then goes on about how they're just working on the problem and will hopefully be sorted soon.

    Sure at least you have them now pal, I'm never disconnecting. Probably start happening now once I receive them, when ever that may be lol.

    Was just curious to why my ESO plus is not appearing on my Xbox one subscriptions in my account, but it still has shown the payment went through on billing history. Has anyone had this problem? Was wondering just in case I want to cancel my eso plus membership if this problem does not get fixed soon.

    I bought ESO plus way over 24 hours ago and have had the bonus for over a day but still no crowns, which is pretty well half the reason I bought it!
    I've sent in a ticket over 24 hours ago and nothings been done.
    Please hurry up and fix it or compensate us for not supplying what we've bought.

    I bought the ESO plus membership 48 hours ago. No crowns, I do have the xp boost though. I just sent a ticket. about it.

    On another note, I never got a verification email to verify my linked accounts when I signed up the day the game came out. Not sure if that has something to do with it.

    ESO knowledge base says that you have 72 hours to respond to the verification email or you will not be able to log in. I am waiting to be locked out now at this point since no email was sent to me.

    Just wanna say that even though there are issues and I got the game and keep getting booted during character creation, that I believe the people working on ESO truly care about their product and the people that play it. It enjoy the escape from PTSD while playing and the prices are always high when buying new things to support future paycheck and DLC. Give it time the prices will go down and things will be fixed. I'll play witcher 3 in the meantime but I won't give up waited over a year what's a few days more the sort out the game. To the people of ESO I salute u for such an undertaking on a console

    Hey everyone. We've found that if you're not seeing your crowns right away after your purchase, most users will receive their crowns within a day. If a day has passed and you still don't see your purchased crowns, please let us know.

    I bought Plus on tuesday afternoon and haven't got any crowns yet. Gamertag is KilleFIN if that's matter.

    For some reason not only do I not have my coins from purchasing 2 monthly ESO plus sub's. My exp boat active effect has now disappeared. Love the game, can see the potential of busting the console mmorpg barrier. Just would like too see this issue resolved. Understanding of course all the madness that Congress with launching.     Just making sure, you've checked your junk/spam folder? Made sure emails from them are allowed?

    Bought 3 so plus 36 hours no crowns yet. Took bout 2 hours or so to show the exp boost in game. Also now have sn invisible npc so can't finish a quest dent tickets in for both issues. Xbox one user.

    Also what's with the gross over inflated crown price for xboxone compared to pc it like 2 pounds more expensive just for the lowest crown amount...

    Those with invisible npc's need to stop the game and relaunch, it a connection issue that causes the invisible npc's… resetting it clears the glitch allowing the npc to appear

    Most people umm maybe the lag and issue with servers cause back lag or don't even process the info coming in correct in wish payment goes though and you don't decliners shows still waiting for payment or it just drops off . You did not plan for high volume on first and second day but seems that fixed now you need to fixed all the mess that came with it. Either refunded theses effective or credit them with items pay for or crowns which every needs to be fix
