Hey everyone. We've found that if you're not seeing your crowns right away after your purchase, most users will receive their crowns within a day. If a day has passed and you still don't see your purchased crowns, please let us know.

Not just the crowns though, the xp boost as well? Neither are showing up.

Mite check under character sheet if your exp boost is active it will show under there

now I'm getting the xp/inspiration/research/gold boosts but still no crowns

@MiteeAfrodite, those types of bonuses should be applied sooner than the crowns. Can you check as @iAMRYANN suggested to see if it's active on your character? You may also want to try logging out and back in to see if it's reflected. Let us know if you're still not seeing it and we can investigate further.

I had the same problem with the Crowns too, so carried on playing the game for a bit. When I levelled up, I noticed an ESO Plus Member icon had appeared in my Active Effects. Click on 'Character' and scroll to the bottom of the Character Sheet and see if you can see it.

Note that the 10% bonuses occur after the fact, at least on PC. So you may finish a writ and be told it rewards 8000 inspiration and 604 gold. Both regular users and ESO+ users will see that as the reward. After you turn in writ, an ESO+ member will actually receive 8800 inspiration and 664 gold.

@Aeso - you may need to wait 24 hours at the most - I'm still waiting for mine too!

Same here , ill wait 24 hours as other said . Do you have any info about a 3-6 month sub possibility , i only see the 1 month on xbox live

Was going to sub for 6 month but could find it , i would like to save some $ an receive all my crown so i could buy stuff

I also purchased ESO Plus about an hour after the game went live on Xbox One and i still have not got my crowns.

For me I haven't received the crowns and didn't have eso plus in my upgrades section (if it appears their at all) but I did find that in my passive list I had ESO plus bonuses towards money and experience

Personally, I just went to GameStop and purchased it there. It's just easier for me instead of fishing for it in a console store.

On Xbox, press Menu button, go to crown store and press RIGHT STICK to buy ESO Plus. This will take you to an xbox store window to purchase 1 month ESO Plus

It's been over 24 hours now and I still haven't received my crowns. I opened a ticket, but I don't expect them to do sh*t about it. Such incompetence. If they don't do something about it this time, I'm getting a refund and cancelling my subscription.
