    Iv had mine over 24 hrs still no crowns and shock horror no reply to my ticket eitheri think they should give us a month free for all this hag eere getting all I want was a horse my kingdom for a horse come on sort it out

    Thanks for letting us know, guys. It appears most users find their crowns arrive within a day, but if you haven't received your crowns and it's been more than a day, please contact our Support Team so that we can investigate further. We've updated our knowledgebase article to reflect that information, too.

    I did that and got a response saying "At this time, please refer to Microsoft's Customer Support team for further assistance with completing the purchase. If they are unable to resolve your issue, reply back to this email for further assistance." When I replied back I got no email in return.

    same response bloodemenace… got the 10% bonus, no crowns after 24hours and get that reply when i submit a ticket like suggested… shame that despite all these problems occuring there no fixes being made and more people will still buy the subscription and add to the problem untill they actually sort it out

    Earlier today I notified them that it's been over a whole day now but I got the generic "we are looking into this" response. Wonder if they really are though. If loads of people are having this problem you think they'd try to get it fixed sooner rather than having everyone waste their money.

    I still have not got my crowns, contacted via in-game support and web support...nothing. So I tested something, I bought regular crowns and got them instantly. So, I do not know what the deal is since I have the plus bonus going...this is NOT a Microsoft issue, it is a ESO problem.

    Having the same problem, bought 5500 crowns on psn, no dice, subscribed to eso plus aswell still nothing. Fingers crossed.

    I got a response from the support was told to power cycle xbox I face palmed so hard I may have some permanent damage

    I tried it any way shock horror still no crowns

    Same thing here. Subscribed to eso prime and it is active on my character but haven't gotten my crowns. I emailed them about it today so we'll see. So far this has been very disappointing.

    Hey everyone. We've found that if you're not seeing your crowns right away after your purchase, most users will receive their crowns within a day. If a day has passed and you still don't see your purchased crowns, please let us know.

    Been 30+ hours and still nothing! Loving the game but a real downer not having a mount! Pretty sure that having a mount on day one was one of the main reasons people signed up for eso plus so it kind of sucks this hasn't been sorted yet! You'd think that this would be a priority because I'm sure it will put a lot of people off subscribing...
