    Hey everyone. We've found that if you're not seeing your crowns right away after your purchase, most users will receive their crowns within a day. If a day has passed and you still don't see your purchased crowns, please let us know.

    See, that there is in itself a problem. I did let your customer support know. I purchased some crowns then the ESO Plus. I received the crowns, but not the crowns associated with the ESO plus (36 hours ago now). Customer support says to chase Microsoft for them, but they are only responsible for the delivery of the crowns purchase (which I got), not the crowns associated with the ESO plus. Now I have to wait at least another 24 hours for your customer support to get back to me and around & around we will go again.
    I miss my Wife. But my aim is getting better.

    Its been over 2 days and still no crowns or buffs and no imperial edition content, Are you going to fix this or not i paid for plus and received nothing for my money i'm enjoying the game but i feel like i've been robbed.

    I had this problem, so I contacted the customer service team, but before they replied the crowns had gone into my account, and now after they replied an additional 1500 crowns were put on. So now I have 3500 crowns instead of 2000, and I don't know if I can spend them or not...

    I don't mean to seem rude, but are you serious?

    I have contacted customer service 3 times about this, first I get an automated response blaming Microsoft & I had to sit on the phone to Microsoft for 2 hours for them to say it has nothing to do with them. I reply back & now they wont even respond & this is going into its 3rd day since purchase. These are the sort of things that made me abandon the PC version.

    I Bought ESO Plus on Playstation 4 and it worked within minutes, All I did to activate it was by logging out (using the in-game menu), closing the game and restarting.

    If I have ESO plus for the pc, does it carry over to xbox? Because I have a total of 5000 crowns on the pc and when I did the account transfer to the Xbox, I only had 500.. Do I need to buy a separate ESO plus for the xbox?

    Just an FYI

    Just purchased ESO plus and bought some crowns.

    The crowns appeared almost immediately for both the plus and the purchase of bundle.

    The ESO plus Boon showed up on my character screen within 5 minutes!

    Bravo the all those involved in fixing this problem....................now on to the next one!!! B)

    I've been having the same problem for almost a week now,
    I bought the ESO Plus and 750 Crowns extra on PSN, I haven't received anything from the Explorer's Pack either,
    I was in contact with ESO Customer Support and Sony multiple times and they where no help with the same copy paste reply with no helpful information what so ever,
    I don't mind the waiting even if it takes weeks I just want the content that I paid for and to know what's going on with it,
    I hope this issue is resolved soon and we can finally have our content.

    I bought ESO plus this morning, Sept 5th and it errors out.

    It is UNACCEPTABLE that they charge my card and then error out on their side.

    Heck, you can't even send them an email in at,e because that fails too.

    It is ridiculously slopping programming to take my money, then not deliver, then not make it easy to contact them.

    They should only bill me AFTER their side completes.

    I am so aggravated I simply want to cancel the subscription now.

    Bought ESO plus also on 5sep, and i did get 10% bonus, but no 1500 crowns
    And that was the hole point for most that sub to eso plus!!

    Its now more then 72+ hours but ESO Customer Support only reply was a automated response message for more info.
    So reply on that and send a screenshot + the ms billing pdf, but still waiting on a answer!!

    It seems that they cant even confirm if the crowns got added to a players account or see any problems.
    Otherwise why need prove!! Im not doing the support road for fun here :|

    I see others are having issues with the crowns again as well. Just received my invoice from microsoft, but never got the crowns. I will wait until tomorrow and if they don't show then send a ticket. First time I did not receive them immediately after eso plus renewal. My son is also experiencing the same issue, but he never received them from last month and his sub will hit today again. Sent in several tickets, copy of purchase etc..etc.. and still no crowns yet. Its been 30 days now. Hope this sub doesn't screw him over again :( I am purchasing from Europe and his account is in US. Wonder what is going on? We would even purchase more crowns, but not if they can't get this problem sorted out.....

    Still waiting here, my tickets it still Unresolved and they have al the info they requested for more then 48hours not counting weekend.
    And "they" as in a Dwemer Automaton requested it, still waiting on the human reply..
    Anyone know when that will be?

    Okay so logged in today to see if my crowns had showed up. What a surprise....no they didn't. My husband decided to test his sub as well. Mine is on auto renewal but he had not subscribed since the release on console. Well he payed yesterday but did not receive his crowns either. That is three people in my family that did not get the crowns with eso plus. As I stated earlier, my son still has not received from the previous month and his renewal hit yesterday with no crowns. ZOS would you care to elaborate on the subject and tell us what is going on with your company and microsoft billing?

    Update: So interesting thing on microsoft end. Went into my billing history to make a copy to send to Zos, but my purchase is not listed. Strange since I received an email from billing@microsoft saying that my sub had been renewed on 9/9/2015. How long does that take to show up? As of now, I can't even send anything to show proof of purchase except this email from microsoft. Really starting to get angry, not to mention wasted time trying to sort this out. This game is becoming more work than enjoyment. :(

    Get a copy of the transaction from the card issuer and ask them to email it for you.

    Yeah...something is definitely breaking down between MS and ZOS. I've had no issues with purchased Crowns or Crowns from my sub until last month. I didn't even catch it right away, as I assumed they got added as usual. My renewal is on the 15th of the month and didn't notice until last week that I didn't get them.

    I've provided the information they requested and got a response today that it was forwarded to the team that takes care of investigating this issue. I hope it's sorted prior to my renewal, but that doesn't look likely. And, from other's experiences, it looks like I probably won't get my Crowns again on 9/15.

    I know this was an issue at launch and thought it had been sorted, but I guess not.

    EDIT: They really need to get this sorted, as they're going to lose a lot of potential as well as current ESO+ subscribers if this keeps up.

    I also feel like they thinking your a thief, you have to give a lot of information, for them to put you on the waiting list

    @MadLax I received a similar email to yours, and followed your example and emailed them back to be sure the ticket remains open.

    My ESO+ comes up for renewal on 9/15, which is the launch of IC on XB, and I fear that will only compound the problem, since there are always bugs/issues with their major launches.

    So, I'm assuming that I won't get my September allotment of Crowns either, or if I do, ZOS may try to consider my case resolved, since they will see an extra 1500 Crowns in my account.

    BTW, does MadLax refer to the anime?
