I tanked vet FG for the first time last night (at VR14 - my first time trying out my new VR14 tanking gear, and I think my first time doing any vet dungeon scaled to VR14), after having only done it once before as a DPS. I was surprised at how well it went, considering I'd only done the dungeon once before (same for the only other member of the party I actually knew - the other 2 were randoms who were probably more experienced) and I haven't done much tanking with my Templar before. I don't think we had a single death until the final boss

lol the funny thing is everyone suggesting we do it that way was coming at it from the point of view of "this would be more convenient for the borrowers" and everyone was agreeing that if any of them ever came back and complained about it we'd just automatically pay them rather than bother with going through the courts (because the courts would definitely positively side against us). So the discussions were around "yes, but how many of them would actually complain and need to be paid?" The whole point of the workshops was actually to make the process less painful and better for the borrowers, so the ideas all came from a good place at least, even if I didn't agree that they were all good ideas

Probably not. I'm just curious on which side I have a more likely chance to run into some people on the Forum... for research purposes, of course.

Since when are the PTS servers different? That's why they take turns copying characters... for eu and na to each have their turn with their own. That's where you can actually do stuff with people from EU.

And no, PTS isn't the new stuff yet.

No need for a recipe for scotch eggs. Just hardboil some eggs (softboiled is nice too, but only if you're going to eat them immediately), peel them, roll them in a little flour, wrap them in your choice of sausage meat or mince (I usually use a combination of meat from standard pork breakfast sausages and hot Italian sausages), coat them in an egg wash, roll them in bread crumbs and deep fry. They're messy to make, but it's actually pretty easy.

Fun fact: I bought my deep fryer specifically to make scotch eggs. Actually, I had to buy 2 because the first one I bought (that had all kinds of good reviews and seemed awesome) was too shallow. I took one look at the maximum oil level, realized there was no way I could fully submerge a scotch egg in it, and returned that deep fryer to get a different one!

So how does that work?

I can download the PTS and all, but I only have an EU account. Will it let me log into the NA PTS?

As far as I know there is only 1 PTS server, hence why they take turns copying characters. I have played with folks who only play on EU only, on the PTS, and they never mentioned doing anything special.

The PTS is it's own download, just like EU or NA is.. so that makes sense that there is only one PTS. It's not attached to your megserver. (I actually have the PTS on a different hard drive than my game - with no NA or EU game on that hard drive.. just the PTS.. lol)
