A ice horse in the crown store does not make up for the servers crashing all the time!!! I have played this game and stuck with ESO from the beta stages. I now run a guild on the console of 260 people. My guild members are frustrated with the issues. They work hard come home to relax and play only to encounter issues. Please fix your servers, I don' t want to loose friends I've made or give up on a game I love.Edited by rumonkey74 on July 3, 2015 5:39AM0 -

Soulsix✭✭I ended up going to EU server, which i know isnt any answer....but yet after playing on EU and seeing the trouble free gaming ive enjoyed, the question still remains.
-why is the EU server not duplicated in the NA?

hopefully microsoft chimes in and demands on a corparate level some reguard....because if i were them id be concered. License revocked / or ability to offer throught a outlet of service can greatly affect a companys finacial status. This has been happening on a daily basis since maybe my second day of playing? I picked it up on June 19th. Absolutely love the game itself but they really need to fix the servers. but i refuse to switch to EU servers because of the time I've put into my Nord Dragon Knight.Edited by Ice_Cold_Spirit on July 3, 2015 5:46AM1 -

i asked earlier if we could migrate items and a character to EU.

Ps4 na server...
Guild bank items dont stack which is taking up guild bank space and my time to take all the items out, stack them in my bank then put the items back into the guild bank.
Guild leaders need a way to track inactivity of a member...because when u have 500 members its not easy to go by memory
Guild leaders also need a way to search deposits, withdrawl and purchases buy name in the history.
History of each thing should be a permission for ranks in a guild.
There also should be a membership fee option for the guilds that want to charge a fee when they throw out an invite.
The big one throw in a chat room just under the guild menu for each guild it doesnt have to be a ui for the whole game. But there could be another trade chat room under social and put the chat rooms on the pull up menus. Like i said we dont need a general ui chat....just a couple in the pull up menus under social and guilds.
These should be easy fixes, please i beg you to do these at least some of them please.

XTHEY_call_ME_BSoul ShrivenI had alot of trouble with my green shade quest. Mostly with the drive the undead from dread vallan and the cleansing of the shines. I was told the problem was that I was missing side quest. So I spent a total of 10 hours between 2 days just searching the greenshade map top to bottom with no luck of finding any quest givers. I even tried having the quest shared multiiple times from multiple people with still no luck. It really bugs me knowing I hAve a handful of uncompleted quest. Also it forced me to have to start questing in Malabar tor early , so now I'm stuck doing missions 5 or 6 lvls out of my league. And now the same is happening in Malbal tor with the quest to defend some dude. And it's not just me there was at least 20 people in the area with the same issue. The dude was there but no one to defend him from. Sorry I can't recall the quests name. Other wise the game is fantastic and a hell of alot of fun1

XTHEY_call_ME_BSoul ShrivenOh and I almost forgot, I've been having issues with runes vanishing from my inventory. Only reason I bring it up is because it happens twice, gold kuta runes both times and when I tried to write a ticket it said try angina later which sucked because I typed my previous comment on the ti cket with the xbone controller, which took forever and a day just for it to give me problems to. I don't expect you guys to refund the ruins. I just want to bring it to your attention so it doesn't keep happening.0

Soulsix✭✭As a 100 percenter i understand that fustration, ive spent alot of time trying to troubleshoot by logging in and out...so on and so forth to complete my quests. As fate has it the ones that didnt work two days ago now work. Unlike you ive been going backwards to finish. As long as i can connect its ok lol. a few million lines of buggy code and triggers are bound to happen. still on a commercial level...no excuses. consumer based products nowdays arent what they used to be

XTHEY_call_ME_BSoul ShrivenI have been kicked alot just in the last 3 days but that still does not bother me half as much as the quests not working properly or the quest givers not showing up does. Or paying 5k coins for a gold rune from a guild trader and never receiving it. Or picking up a gold rune and having it dissappear from my inventory.1

still havent got my 5500 crowns
still havent got my imperial stuff.
still getting the run around email from support.
still getting more and more pissed off about this
still no solutions
still no promises of a fix.
still no sign of any compensation
still cannot get a refund.
I am losing patience........
1 month is a joke to be waiting for something i paid for if this was any other product id have been refunded long ago.1
