ESOTU Console Launch - Known Issues

On Xbox one and I can't login keeps saying unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid Internet connection.. I tried my roommates and he logs on fine so I signed on his xbox and says this message only for me any reason..?? Please help

Same thing is happening to me as the previous comment. You guys just did maintenance for the NA servers on xb1 but you cant fix simple login issues? Very unhappy/frusturated

So ever since this terrible patch today Ive been randomly booted out of the servers whenever I'm loading into an area.

ive had the same issue trying to travel to kenarthis roost xbox one na server, i load everything else just fine

I still cant log in after two hours it says i dont have an active internet connection... but it lets me log on to the european server just fine... 2 hours later amd the issue still isnt resolved even after emailing customer support.

I just bought the game this weekend I'm having the same issue with it logging me out constantly. I have open nat type all my ports for Xbox live are manually open and I have a 82.17 mb down 11.35 up 46 millisecond latency to xbox live. The issue is your severs suck and you don't care. You are going to lose players if you don't start caring about your customers. We paid a lot of money to play this game or tired of getting ripped off by game makers.

^ still waiting to be able to sign in on NA server. Grinded the past week to go 16-Vet6 so I can dungeon with my friends. Still waiting.

Xbox one NA server went down for me, says check for valid connection (which I obviously have). Your servers are jacked time to maybe fix them

Reposting what I said earlier. EVERY time I go into a dungeon and run through it, when I try to leave through the exit or wayshrine out it boots me back to title screen saying "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." This is ridiculous, that 'patchwork' didnt even seem to do anything, it just made everything worse.

Before this the the group I was with and everyone in the surrounding area all experienced severe lag befor eso online crashed. We had also noticed several glitches. For example. Destroyed keep walls being fully repaired after a out of nowhere loading screen. Or area being traps to were when a players goes over it they r unable to move and r forced to teleport to a local shrine. Aslo as well as players getting stuck while falling. I understand the servers r about to go under maintenance. I was going to just brush them off but as I may not be able to play eso online for a possible 2 weeks after tomorrow I was looking forward to playing it the only two days I have off from work. As i am haveing no issues with anyother games over internet issues. I hope that tomorrow mornings maintenance fixes these issues so I can agian injoy eso online.

Was playing just a few 30 minutes ago, and in Stormheaven, fleeing the guards and after i got out of the city, with a bounty on me, my character froze in the defensive stance, couldn't sheat weapons for about 5 seconds, and after that got booted from the server, saying I'm unable to connect. I can enter the european server just fine, and even switched to my wife's profile and join the US servers without any problem. But in my profile, after trying more than 15 times it won't let me connect, select character, or anything like that. Level 20 breton character, with a lot of crowns spent on it. If i have to delete my data from the xbox to start over, I'll do it, but all my crown spent itens an mounts will be gone, so i need a refund at least. This game is reallystarting to annoy with all this problems!!!

What about The Prisonsr of Jathsogur? Everyone keeps killing the NPC before it can trigger the event to start the next part of the quest. It is really frustrating.

I'm not getting kicked or having login problems. Although I am getting a weird screen like I am loading in to the game world after first logging in, it just pops up for about 5 seconds. That has happened 3 times.
What is more important to me are 2 issues:
I can not fish. I have plenty of all 4 basic bait types, but when I press A to fish I get that sound that indicates "you can't do that." I'm not in battle, no monsters activated at all.
Second, no npc monsters/characters will chase/charge after me and my friend. We are running around stormhaven, the 2nd area for Daggerfall Covenant. The monsters will try to fight us, but only in the sense that they attack if you are within range of their weapon. Otherwise, they attack to no effect. It is boring, because they will never damage us unless we run up to them. However, we did fight 3 large, named spiders and each of them would do a programmed move of crawling to a dead body and regenerating health when we had knocked their health down some.

2 thing related to my above post: this has only happened since the patch/server maintenance on 6/29, and the game never prompted me to download anything.

Bit shame, since last update my enchantment of shock on weapons is not so smooth grafics as it was. Just squares of white color runs on sword. Common guys you can do better.

Ive been booted everyday for 5 days...last two however have been exceptionally long durations. Two megaservers seems to be a issue on this business motto...maybe decentralize a little? easier to contain and maintain customer satisfaction.

Can we please get the stats of the weapons/armor we find lying around or we try to steal so that we aren't carrying a lot of stuff please that would be helpful

I've been dealing with that type of disconnect since launch and it still hasn't been fixed.

There's an other problem happening, and i wanted to know if the same is happening with someone else. I started a guild, the Howling Hunters( yes werewolf ) and even i can add people to the guild, everytime i invite someone to group, they cannot join, but if they other player invites me i can accept without a problem. This is not allowing me to be the leader, even if the leader tries to promote me, thus making group dungeons a problem, since it's hard to find a pkayer with my level to do them. I tried opening my NAT, looked at settings and everything, but i can't find a solution for this. Anyone found a way around it?
