I have sent a bug report in about invible enemies, and if you do, useing the im game HELP. But add \Bug. Then they will pass it on right away to the right people. So I hope this helps

Did you know that writing in all caps makes it hard to read. What may help is saying what bugged in each instance, as they can't fix it if you don't tell them.

Not sure if this is the same on PC as on PS4 but being able to automatically sort and stack your guild bank inventory would be nice. I'm always taking it out and putting it in my personal inventory then putting it back in. It's so time consuming I need to level and enjoy the game! Lol

I'm experiencing an issue where on the main story quest. I have to talk with the prophet to finish the quest in Devon port, but the prophet is in a locked house. The prophet also doesn't appear if I trespass in the house also. I have tried over a couple of days, logging of and resetting every thing but still nothing has changed with this quest, I understand invisible npc issues, but all other are there and I can fully function in the game. Just wondering if there is a fix for this.
Xbox one, North America mega server.

From what I remember, the Prophet should never be inside a locked house. The house you wake up in should always be accessible. Equally, you should have finished that quest as soon as you left the Wailing Prison at the start of the game; although I suppose it might be possible to ignore him and walk right outside without talking to him.

No problem logging in but once in I only get about 5 minutes before it boots me out to dashboard
Am on Xbox one and have tried rebooting console and router
This happens wherever I am and does not seem to be linked to any specific action.
I have seen others having this problem and wondered if anyone has fixed it yet

Working as intended, apparently. The PC game has had this bug since launch. The same goes for the lack of auto-stacking in guild banks: it has been like that since launch on PC, and nothing is being done to fix it. The add-on "Roomba" was created specifically for the purpose of avoiding tedious re-stacking sessions, and I guess they never thought of how cumbersome it would be to manage a guild bank without that add-on.

Thats truly funny, considering the majority of sever issues are on Xbox One, and the whole invisible characters bug where you cant complete missions isnt on PS4 at all from what I can tell

Either way both are suffering issues all the same the only serious problem I'm having is not receiving my Imperial Pre order edition

I have not been able to get in at all. been trying for 2 days. I get through the Queue and get to see the intro video. After than it goes to a loading screen (that yesterday started saying "this may be an unusually long load time) Both times I tried I left the game on this screen for 4 hours and it never changed. Haven't even made it to where I can select/create a character.

My wife also has Xbox live so we tried it on here account and got the same results. I know my internet is fine. Having to wait over 4 hours just to get in to make a character is ridicules. Especially if I have the same problems a lot of other people have mentioned and get kicked out within a few minutes just to have to go through the whole process again. I know the servers are overloard but I've put about 10 hours into this game already and haven't even been able to create a character.

sometimes in combat my weapons disappear and i can't make use of it and even if i run away i still get hit
and eventually i die and after that i can use it again

I tried rebooting the game and restarting my xbox one and it did not help with the invisible people.

Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition items not being delivered: We are aware of this issue, and are working on a fix. We do not have any workarounds at this time.

Please fix this asap, im waiting to receive my imperial/explorers upgrades so i can start an imperial character or any race any alliance.
Support are not replying to these problems or so it would seem. Waste of 130 euro

It has now been more than a week and console players are still having problems logging in, with imperial editions items and perks not being allocated in game and with purcahsed crowns not being available in game.
Zenimax support has been mute and has only given automated responses to complaints and queries.
Playstation at least has admitted that the problem is with zenimax.
Pity, really like the game but getting frustrated byt he way players are being treated.

Crashing needs to be added to the list of PS4 issues. Ive reported it every time its happened so theres no way youre unaware of the issue.

I'm running into a problem during combat where my abilities won't work at all. The cinematics happen to show them being activated but the NPC's don't take any damage Or their effects won't work. This has lead to some fairly simple quests becoming really complicated. Has this been reported by other people too?

On Xbox One, the in-game friend list does not reflect everyone on the Xbox friend list playing the game.

In addition, the in-game mail system does not consistently work even for those who are on the friend list, stating "Error: There is no player with that name"

This is clearly not the case, as the person shows up as a player on my friend list.

all day today i have being booted every 5 mins back to home screen no matter what i was doing, some times it even gave me an error couldnt find internet connection , and no xbox live acount blah blah.

not sure if the DEV team have been doing somthing on the EU server today, although when i log on after tea , i find no voice chat is working , and what do you no it seems stable half hour into the game and not been booted.

please take note of this and disable voice chat to off by default allowing the user to switch it on if they want it.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom can we get an update on missing imperial/explorer perks please?? just tried contacting support again and got an automated response telling me contact sony. Ive already been in touch with them and they say its a developer issue. getting rather fed up with being sent from pillar to post everyday.
