Error when reporting an issue via help menu on ps4. Could not report issues so I was forced to post here on forum.

Guild bank sometime will display "loading" and will never show items in guild bank. Have to exit guild bank several times to make items show up.

I love this game, but the unusually long load times are ridiculous. And the screen freezing.

can not complete search for the missing in bleakrock b/c none of the people I need to talk to to complete quest show up. Their names show and the talk icon shows up but wont let me talk to them.

Emails not being answered, at all - best you get is cut and paste response.

Unable to get through call queue after 2 hours 45min to speak to someone.

No alternative mechanism for complaint.

Complete and utter lack of communication - I don't mind when something goes wrong with a product providing there is communication and rough timelines. Unfortunately in this instance there is no communication "working on it" is simply is not good enough.

And finally my favourite - Distance selling regulation (Europe). In a nutshell, if you purchased a physical copy of the Imperial edition but have not received the digital content you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately the 14 day cool off period for digital content does not apply to distance selling regulations, if this was the method of purchase. However there is a breach of distance selling regulations when the customer does not receive all the goods. In the case of digital content the specified agreed period to receive the goods is from order to download complete. Not receiving the imperial pack for the additional money exchanged is a breach. The provider not responding to complaints is again a breach. Anyone in Europe can complain directly to their Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). Hell you might even get your issue prioritised and fixed manually (as others have) or a refund, which ever you prefer.

I'm unable to group with friends unless I am the party leader. I am unable to accept group requests and unable to join premade groups.

Sometimes it shows my friend is on my server but I cannot physically see him .

Been sat here for over 30 minuted and hasn't even loaded through to the character select screen. Haven't had any problems logging in so far......no queue or wait times showing just a loading sign and sporadic text saying this may be an unusually long load time. On xbox one. Am I in a queue or am I not even that far?

Yes it is:
Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition items not being delivered: We are aware of this issue, and are working on a fix. We do not have any workarounds at this time.

There is not a quest location on the mini map and when you google his location he is not there.
I have tried power cycling my PS4 twice and he is still MIA. Are there any updates or time frames of when this will be resolved?!?

Okay, I've got two. Please forgive if these are repeats; I didn't read through all 20 pages.

1. NPCs not showing up where they should be. I'll go into the area where they should be, and their name shows up, but the NPC isn't there. Examples are the fences in Davon's Watch outlaw refuge, as well as the money lender in the same location.

2. Somehow I...don't exist? My husband is trying to send me mail and it says my gamer tag doesn't exist; however, i've had no problem sending him mail, and he's received it. Existential crisis.

Getting killed constantly by invisible enemy's I can't hit back is boring, come on now this is getting silly!

Same here there's a thread on this in the technical issues forum where multiple of us have been dealing with the unable to connect to server error.

Count Verandis Ravenwatch, all ally NPCs, and Montclair are invisible in Doomcrag and you can't talk to them.

Still having major issues with invisible NPCs, even after rebooting my XBOX One. Completed the Lost Lore quest for Mage's Guild and Valeste was invisible when I returned the tomes to her. Tried exiting the guild, fast travelling to another area via wayshrine and then thought I would try visiting a merchant. That is when I discovered all of them had vanished as well. Their names appear, but they are nowhere to be found. I have rebooted 6 times now and every NPC in Vulkhel Guard is invisible. I can't do anything ... no quests, shopping, banking.

Send a email to support with \bug, and tell them what is happaning in detail. And then they will look into this and pass it on for you thanks.

i keep being disconnected from the server and it says check for valid internet connection witch all my friends have comcast and it works fine for them they dont get kicked out.... kinda want my money back since i cant play for more then 5 minutes without being kicked off the server....

I'm looking forward to the next patch. I've been stuck at Fort Virak with Seargeant Gjorring and all the Covenant besides Ice Mages and Rogues invisible and uninteractable, so I can't do "To Fort Virak" or defend myself when getting beat to death by enemies I can't see or kill. It's driving me crazy!

OKAY I HAVE PLAYED ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE MAIN STORY LINE AND I GOT BUGGED ON THE LAST MISSION I WAS SO MAD AND FURIOUS I COULDNT FINISH THE GAME AND GO TO VETERAN AREAS SO THEN I MAKE ANOTHER CHARACTER TO LEVEL UP TO 50 AGAIN IM LEVEL 20 AND ON THE 2ND STORY MISSION AND IT BUGGED ON ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! FIX YOUR ***
