GDB should cost 3x more for 12 seconds after the most recent GDB.
Hardened ward shoud cost 3x more for 12 seconds after the most recent ward
Blazing shield shoud cost 3x more for 12 seconds after the most recent blazing shield
Breath of life...
flame whip...

...
blazing spear...
...
impulse...
...
Why? Because i do not like it when my opponent uses those multiple times in a row! (as good a reason as any)

Really? Are you really comparing something you can do a infinite number of times in a row with stuff you can do a limited number of times in a row? What a stupid argument. I've currently lvling up a Bosmer NB so I can abuse the *** out of infinite dodge rolls to get to the target and away from them while spamming my "I win" 2hand ability and even I still think a increase to cost on dodge rolls is a good thing.
Do you even comprehend why people are asking for this? Because for the health of this game several things (this included) need changed so Zenimax doesn't go down in history as the company that ruined the TES universe.
