Which campaign are you on? I want to play there! Thornblade EU sucks for sure. Do you have access to a parallel server somewhere?
Of course VR1-10 zones are empty, there is no beneficial content there. This is actually the first time I'm thinking: maybe, free to play, maybe people would benefit? Dunno about server costs and all that. But the game seems to be dying! Nobody REALLY cares about pvp at ZOS? Wait.. is it just Cyroddiil? No. V1-10 Zones are empty pve ghost town zones as well, aren't they? Dunno,,...

Looks like you didn't do so well at art, or anything for that matter. Here is a colour wheel. It should help you to work out what colours mix together to make which. Let me know if you need instructions as I know it can be really hard.

Lol! Seems 3 faces didn't indicate to you that it was meant as a joke So specially for you I gonna explain. AD and DC named their alliance Purple to cover it up(still joking).
Everyone who hears Purple alliance automatically will assume that purple= red + blue and it means that EP and DC are allies. No one suspect "purples" to be yellows + blue(aaaand still joking!).
Sorry that you had to search for color wheel picture because you didn't understood that it was joke

This time around you are occasionally outnumbered every day yes, but last campaign you were usually barely ever below DC in population, and more often than not by a bar higher. That didn't stop the ridiculous low population bonus from applying pretty much every single day of the campaign though as it should have.
Thudunblundur wrote: »So the side that was not really lower population got a lot of big bonuses and the mechanism was working as intended....now that side IS lower population and is NOT getting bonuses...can ZOS confirm again that the mechanism is working as intended?
Or is the explanation that the mechanism was being abused a lot in the last campaign, but less in this one?

The majority of the nights I saw DC & EP having significantly more players online compared to AD (even though we were all on 'low'). The lower pop-cap have hepled DC alot since more or less every player in the faction is joining up in a zergblob. During normal hours this is not a issue at all and they are usualy a nice 24+ blob of AP. I have to agree though, DC sure is the most organised faction this time arround. lowered interest from EP and AD sure helps with this.

My impression was that DC were lower population at night as they were during the rest of the day. Certainly felt that way as 8 of us defended an open Gate against twice our numbers and more. Kudos to those brave few who defended it after I'd packed up for the night around 2:30am. Know perfectly well about the need to be a real low number not just the lowest population to get the bonus. Personal impression is a very iffy guide. The reason to look at the bars is to get an idea of who generally is low population that is NOT personal impression. As well as knowing when defence is a necessity and when attack can be reasonably attempted.

Please explain how disproportionate populations during unlocked periods are affected by lower caps.
Population bars needs to be taken with reserve. Keep in mind that behind those population bars actual difference in numbers can be little less than pop bar itself. Lets guess new cap limit is 100 players per bar. If one side have 30 players and other 90 players difference is huge but both have one bar, and gap normally gets even bigger with more bars included in math. Make a group or two from those 60 extra players and you can paint map pretty much however you want.
