You must be kidding. The only reason AD was even in the running for a Wabba victory last campaign was the fact that they took over the entire map while everyone else was at work....every day. During prime time, the only time AD ever pushed EP was when DC was also attacking EP. Either EP or DC could push AD if they wanted while fighting the other, because AD basically had one giant zerg that returned to the same choke points over and over. When the numbers are even, AD gets spanked. Its just that simple...

While there is noone to blame but Zenimax for that paradigm, it is not something you or anyone else should be using to try to compare anything but which faction has more people on during work hours EST.

Ugh.

I admit, yesterday we played pretty sloppy. We were up to 4 am the night before holding Chalman. We did hold BRK against some impressive yellow numbers and prevent the capture at the last minute. Later we flipped Dragonclaw and had some very fun fights against an organized group that tried to retake it moments after we finished repairing the walls. The team felt like normal again when we fought that team at the node they used for their tent and took it from them.

Things that annoyed me (aside from sloppy play) was the constant spam of garbage in zone. made it useless. One guesting guild was putting up their standard, automated recruiting blurb (which wasn't such a big deal -- Goblins are fun), but another larger guild would spam their own four letter acronym name to spam the recruiting message off the chat window.

C'mon guys, are you twelve? Can that behavior.

And then being lied to about keep statuses in an effort to get us to come break a farm. We only took KC LM from yellow because we were told the courtyard had been overrun. We get there? Not one AD in the courtyard.

And yes, we intentionally did not come to break the farms most of the evening. Hope AD and DC enjoyed their AP.

Oh, the final thing that annoyed me? Logging in and seeing yellow off the map and DC down to 2 keeps. I have said, repeatedly, to leave the inner triangle alone outside of prime time. Privately, in zone chat, In /yell. And I'm saying it again here.

Push our opponents off the map enough and we won't have them to fight.

Agrippa you are a worthy adversary and we in EHJ enjoying fighting you. I appreciate your consistency on the forums and in the field. I'm not sure about WCFC or the others but you and your group are first class.

The compliment is appreciated. EHJ is a team we always look out for and know that if we don't bring our A game, we're going back to respawn.

All Hail Emperor Distilled!!

With some great help from one of DC's regular PUG leaders we managed to flip emp this morning.

And in the process we got our scroll back - and last minute (literally) got AD's offensive scroll out of Arrius.

Great fight at Arrius though - truly one of the better keep takes I have been a party to - and a well fought defense.

Capture tick of 5700 says a lot about how hard both sides fought for it!

Any DC groups need a healer to run with them in the evenings? These last few nights I've just been running solo but it's getting boring. All the people I've played with before either play on Thornblade or quit the game so I need to healbot some new group now!

Planchard, there are WAY too many healers DC side. Reroll a dual wield, stamina heavy sorc.

(In reality, even we notice Planchard on EP side. He's a great healer.)

I log out and EP has all their home keeps back, two of DC's keeps, and nearly had a fourth scroll (if not for an Alacrity guest showing), and briefly had the gate of Alma Ruma open.
