1st addon which causes this: esohead. delete it and try again.
Your PC/MAC are free from malicious software/spyware/trojans/unallowed tools?
Else i got no clue how to fix this manual.

Hi there Brain (Lol, spelled my name as Brain)
It appears Molag Bal is trying his utmost in thwarting your progress. He fears how powerful you have become and has placed spells across the land to burden you.
Error 301 occurs when the lobby times out, often due to a high volume of login attempts on the server at the time. I recommend waiting for about 15 minutes before attempting to login again, as by then the issue should have resolved itself.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for your patience while the issue is resolved.
If this does not solve your issue please report back to me so I can assist you further.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Keep your blades sharp, friend.
Warm Regards,
Garcia

Addons are loaded (or disabled) when you load your character. Here we are not being able to even get to the character selection screen so...
On a humor side note... I just got a mail from ESO. An so I think... "nice a reply from support".
NOT. It's "play craglorn now". The game is officially trolling me lol.
Have to try to find something else to do but can't stop checking forums for update and checking emails for a responce. My email must love me past few days since I usualy don't check this much unless I'm ordering something and looking for a tracking order.

New patch, yay, fixed? No.
Then I get a submit error at the login screen with 301 up...
This might annoy them but at this point I can bet it won't hold a candle to the annoyance the rest of us are feeling.
