Yes it is quit Irritating, I haven't got to the character screen since the 22nd (3:00pm PST) Only responses are looking into it / keeping an eye on it / try this again. Only update on the problem is repeat of what was said before.

Players might receive this error message when they try to log into the game but do not have the most up to date version of the client. We recommend trying the following steps:
Re-boot computer
Completely close the client
Completely close the launcher
Reopen the launcher
Allow the launcher to patch completely. If the launcher does not automatically apply the patch, run the repair option. (Game options - Repair) Players can find instructions on repairing the launcher here.
Log into the game
To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, players should configure their routers to open the following outbound ports:
TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP / UDP Ports 49100 through 54000
If you call your Internet provider they should be able to help with this.

None of this worked. Been unable to play for almost 24 hours for a problem on their end. Getting real hard to to not unsubscribe/stop payment on anything Zenimax Online.

We had better get some Sub days added for free, from what i can see Alot of people cant even play period, for a game that is SUBSCRIPTION BASED, you think they would have the time money and man power to fix something as bad as not being able to log in AT ALL.

you actually get Customer support to help you, amazing I on the other hand have been waiting over 30 hours on a ticket responce.
