Ah, I got win 7, 64 bit. Several friends keep trying to get me to change to throwup 8...I mean windows 8, no way.
A serous question thought, did anyone else experience LESS lag..smoother game and better graphics? That stunned me. Since everyone else is lagging (My 16GB ram is probebly the reason for that)
I cant explain directly, but everything looked, brighter, detailed, better. Like it!

Official reply please, that`s really concerning issue.

I don't know then. All I know is, I have not experienced any memory leaks. Even after a 5 hour play session it was only using 1.2gb of RAM.

Calm down, smartass. I was looking customer support first, this thread (which sounded similar to the one I looked at yesterday without official answer) has no green reply and the other one is in general discussion.

Confirmed by my task manager as well. ESO exe keeps sucking memory from my computer just on the character selection screen. The launcher seems stable at the moment. No add ons loaded at the moment. This must be corrected ASAP. This is a very serious issue.
If what I've read is correct, the memory leak only starts if you spend a lot of time on the character selection screen. If you select your character quickly and log in, the leak never starts. This is definitely the case for me, as my RAM usage was 1.4gb after a 5 hour play session earlier.
I'm pretty sure it has to do with these two settings in the usersettings text file. There were freezes that used to happen before for 5-6 seconds and the way you fixed it was to set SET RequestedNumThreads "-1" to 0 and save the file (has to do with how the game handles on multicore processors)
Now that setting is gone and has been replaced by 2 different settings:
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"
I don't know which to edit to 0 or if you should edit both... I'm hoping someone can narrow this down.
My game was freezing. Then I set both to 0. Game works flawless.
