To me, this reads like: "We're going to nerf Sorcs because their trial dummy parses are too high."
Current Sorc parses are extremely cheesy. They rely on Banner and the status knife, both of which inflate dummy numbers but also buff the rest of the group in real content. In actual fights, you usually won’t run Overload - you’ll use Atro instead, which lowers your personal DPS but increases group DPS. Without Overload, Signet becomes worse, so you'd swap it out and lose even more personal damage. And if you're the only Sorc in the group, you'll be running Mastery, which again lowers your personal DPS while giving the group 3% WPD/SPD.
What does it mean? Sorc is not that OP in actual content, especially since it has no cleave.
Why do they kick you? They need someone with more DPS? More experience? All good, no toxicity at all. (Logs+DPS sharing)
Why don’t you play PUGs?
Why do you only play in guilds?
If your answer isn’t ultimately related to DPS sharing or logs, then please, tell me why.
EDIT:
And since this topic could end very badly with a ban hammer, I’ll only reply again if I see a valid reason why logs or DPS sharing are not related to toxicity.

will PlayStation and Xbox ever get to test on a dedicated testing server too?
That's a great question and one I asked as well when we first heard we were moving toward simultaneous releases on all platforms. While it's something we'd love to extend to our console players someday, it's a bit more complicated than just flipping a switch to allow console players access to the PTS server. As the PTS is built now for PC, it's a separate client download even though it uses the same patcher as the PC EU and NA servers. This would mean splitting our build pipeline further, and asking our console players to download an additional client, which isn't ideal or realistic. There may be additional technical hurdles as well. It's possible this is something we could revisit when crossplay comes online in the future.
thank you Jessica, it is nice to know you asked it as well.
The explanation for *why* it is not currently possible is helpful!
i expected it would not be possible currently, but Crossplay might make it possible.
Though i am looking forward to Crossplay regardless of whether or not PTS gets expanded to Consoles.
