It's just nothing one usually comes across here (unless one's a member of some criminal groups oneself, I guess). In those almost 40 year of my life I've seen exactly one brawl, and those were teens quarelling about who knows what. And I don't live in a small village, but in a big city (1 million + inhabitants). The biggest problem with crime that the average person here might encounter is their bicycle getting stolen, and pickpocketing in tourist areas downtown.
The only word I can think of would be "abstechen", which is the more aggressive form of "erstechen" (to stab), and that's it.
Edit: Just checked on ESO Hub out of curiosity if it's already listed there, and indeed, it is. And they went for "abstechen".

I'm probably going to join the Eyes, but honestly, I can't really relate to any of the factions. The "collecting secrets" aspects of the Eyes does appeal to me at least (before knowing anything about the faction is somehow expected it to be Hermaeus-Mora-related and their leader probably being a watcher), but the "strenght by numbers" and "vermin" aesthetic they seem to be going for (looking at the faction room and the rat leader) doesn't appeal to me. But in the end, how does it even matter? It looks like in terms of rewards, there are no big differences, and at the location, there's also no seperation between factions when fighting enemies, either. Also, the Night Market returns 3 times, so I'll probably choose the Eyes this time, those snobs the next time, and perhaps the hobo brutes the third time, just for the sake of completion.
I'm curious how they'll translate it. I don't think most people here have a clue about prison slang (or alleged prison slang). Very low incarceration rates in this country, so most people have no relation to it in real life; and if there's a movie or show about it, it's usually drama about some good psychologist/sports trainer/piano teacher helping some prisoner becoming a better human. I don't think they stab anyone there.

Shived is a pop culture form of old prison slang for stabbing someone. People pick it up from movies. I can assure you, no one uses that word inside a prison.

The elephant in the room - Shattered Paths Signet
Shattered paths signet is a really cool mythic, with a serious downside that if you use your ult with it you lose a heap of damage.
Unless you're using overload.
This is a really cool interaction, where you can switch on and off overload to keep your ult above 170, keeping the full damage from the mythic.
in this parse, I start with 500 ult, burn to 175, disable overload until the last 20% and then use it in execute.
I get to use 702 ult over the parse while still getting the full benefit of shattered signet.
There are a couple of issues with this parse though compared to content.
The first is that I start with 500 ult. In almost no trials in the game, should you be starting a boss fight with 500 ult. If you're doing that then you're not using your ults on trash.
Secondly you get a burst of dps at the start, but you get it at a time when you're likely going to be getting ult gen from a set like pillagers. Overload stops ult gen, so you miss out on some of the more significant support buffs.
Thirdly sorcs have Atro, which in most groups is there for major berserk. In fact, they really really want atro right at the start for their main ult burn. What no one wants at that time is a selfish sorc using all their ult on an overload opening after they just banked it all though all the trash pulls so they can have bigga numba on the boss.
My point is that using overload in trials like we do on the dummy is incredibly selfish and not good for group content.
Finally, compare the signet parse to a warmask parse where i use overload to start the parse, then drop an atro at 185 ult and then reenable overload for the last 10%
it's a big dps drop. This is more representative of what you can expect in actual content.

NB needs huge buffs. Easily all its tooltips could be tripled and it would be still be lightyears behind the PVP God Classes like Necro and Arcanist

We get it. You don't like procs or status effects, I'm sorry but I feel like it's all I see you complain about every pts and you've found ways to include it in threads that have nothing to do with it. No offense meant because I ultimately respect your opinion but I'd wager many people disagree with you overall. For example, some of the ideas you've raised about reducing status effects to how they once were are not my brand of fun, and I like "fun".. every element is viable now, whereas for the longest time it was just Flame.
To me, ZOS finally realized they can't gut every single aspect of the game in the name of performance, that ship has sailed and I'm in full support of it or they were going to lose the entire playerbase. The game was stagnated. Not evolving. It felt like it had no real future. They've found a test environment they can really play with instead of messing with the live server experience any time they get a feeling.
I pray for the days where Hurricane and many other abilities like it ticked every second or even every half second instead of the constant over simplification that brought us to U35 and beyond because "hur dur performance". It's a miracle, and it shouldn't be, that DK has 10s dots and Embers. Those are awesome. Hell Sorc has some type of version of implosion back, one of the reasons I mained them 10+ years ago that got ripped away.
If ZOS still treated the game the way they used to, Arcanist, Scribing, DK refresh and all the ones to come next with unique Mastery's would never exist and we'd still be playing "which coloured abilities do you like"?
It's the wild west, let's watch them cook. 2026 has been their best year to date.

Re: Vengeance mode for trials, arena's and trifectas now
Now that a version of Cyrodiil will be available with pre-made load outs and builds, it's time to do the same for trials, arena's and trifecta's.
I shouldn't have to take the time to create a build, do a parse or anything to complete the hardest PvE content. If I don't have to have gear and builds for PvP I shouldn't need it for PvE either.
Fair is fair. Lets have it ZOS. You owe us vengeance mode for trails, arenas and trifectas now too.
This is not a troll post. I'm totally serious. If PvE players don't have to make builds for PvP, then PvP players shouldn't have to make builds for PvE. I am totally serious with this post.
This post is new and exciting and hasn't appeared every single time there is a Vengeance test.
