Please go no further than Static Reverberation for Sorc. This mostly affects specific builds who exploit this to the fullest or dummy parses. But Conservation of Energy and Font of Power already are considerably weaker than first proposed and are needed by a wide variety of Sorc builds, both in pve (tanks and healers) as well as various pvp builds.
Touching this because of a few extremes can't be good. The majority has to be considered before a fringe minority. The values are already overly harsh for most builds. (1750 magicka for 1% of spell damage)
You're the first person to specifically mention Conservation. Yeah it's a pretty insane passive and I would wager that's a big factor in enabling insane dueling performance, but the most insane damage is just straight LA spam. That's why we need WW duels from other classes.Major_Mangle wrote: »Conservation of energy
Firstly, every mmo imaginable requires you get gear and level up, learn builds etc to pvp with experienced end game players.spartaxoxo wrote: »Nah. Nobody should need to be an expert to start having fun. It should be fun instantly. Vengeance will offer that to newer and casual players.
No credible PvP game tells people they need to do extensive research before playing and neither should ZOS. This mode is long overdue.
There's a reason this game's PvP had dwindled down to unprofitable and unsustainable playerbase full of small tiny percentage of veterans. It frankly might already be too little too late but they're finally addressing long standing complaints in a way that offers players meaningful choices.
I'm not thrilled with the current balance of vengeance but they're taking steps in the right direction. I also look forward to the addition of the smaller version to cut down on horse riding simulator.

You are honestly so biased. WW is currently doing more imbalance to pvp than subclassing ever did. You simply can't accept the fact that WW should be on par with others, not 10x above them.
Enough context was even given on how op it is, you just refuse to accept it. Your argument to someone who understand something from pvp sounds like 2+2=5.
The build was even given in the cmx, it literally shows rele stacks with tfs stacks, yet you refused to accept that too.
Going to keep my response in a similar format to yours.
'relequen'. Give evidence of what the opponent was running, no cuts- right now (I know you can't)
