They probably didn't expect the backlash or players leaving that actually like new zones or questing. In the reveal stream there was barely any mention of a zone of new stories. Yet one or two days later ZOS starting suddenly putting a very heavy focus on "zones are still coming/we love to tell new stories". Every stream they had since then says multiple times "new zone/new stories coming". This is bizarre since a new zone is probably at least 1 year away. They are probably scared that people who are just here for zones/dungeons/quests are going to play other games for a whole game and never coming back.

As for storytelling; what annoyed me most the last chapters is that the quests are basically:
- Talk for 10 minutes what we are going to do
- Do 3 minutes of gameplay and exploration
- Hey, let's halt everything, even though the world is ending, and let's discuss what we already talked about for the past 10 minutes and what we just did in the previous room.
- Interesting boss fight with new mechanics in a very epic cool looking room or arena that lasts 35 seconds
- Oh no, there is more to the plot. Let's discuss for 10 minutes how we feel about it and group up with the rest of our merry band for this expansion and talk 10 minutes more with every member.
- Repeat this 3 times...the end

I wish they did chapters and main quests like they do dungeons and trials where the story happens during gameplay with NPC's tagging along and assisting me, doing dialog during fights and make quests way longer and more action oriented instead of an audio podcast. The tech is clearly there for years, why never use it...

I really am a fan of the size increase on the new new design, however, I genuinely think the rest of it is an ugly design.

The more cohesive fur color to skin color thing is good. And the amount of floof is fine, but the mullet and the face being less canine-like really bothers me. Can the devs tweak it so that it doesn't look like a hyena?

All the new werewolf reminds me of is a Gnoll from Baldurs Gate 3. At least make the face more canine-like. Plenty of people had already mentioned how to do that a couple months back during the feedback to the original new look, and it seems to have been completely ignored besides the ears(which don't really matter much in terms of helping it not look like a Gnoll)

Edit: what can help alleviate the hyena look is giving proper fur proportions. Wolves have manes, and jowl tufts. Maybe instead of the werewolf having the modern undercut *** mullet you could tone that down a bit and add the wolf mane/jowl tufts. That would alleviate a lot of the hyena vibes but I'd also recommend it's a snout/mouth problem as well as the ridiculous looking ears.

Only if they don't add them to Treasure Maps that have more layers of RNG than the biggest onion does.

You have to be more precise with your issue. If you write your reports like this post you will get nowhere. Support rightfully shouldn't take actions against players based on vague allegations of trolling.

There have been tons of people complaining about it in one of the pinned feedback threads.

Agreed that it's really annoying. Make it like endeavors - claim it automatically in the background.

PTS testing had this at about a 1/5 chance per day, so anyone consistently playing events is going to get most of the fragments for free if this is the model going forward. Over the course of a year, there would be a few gaps where you have to spend the Trade Bars.

Compared to the system before where there was 0 chance to get these sorts of fragments for free, this seems way, way more generous.

Please add this it's so annoying to have all the items carry around all the time. I don't understand why we still don't have this. These armory slots even cost real money if you want more
