with "0" for disabled and "1" for enabled. Now it's

Hello,
I would like any ZOS employee to publicly confirm to us here that the following actions do not violate the ZOS code of conduct of ESO:
1. Join a random dungeon group
2. Proceed through 90% of the dungeon until the final boss
3. Attempt to kick 1 random
4. After failing to do so, bully them into leaving the group
5. Kick the other person out for refusing the kick the other person for no reason
I filed an in-game report, which was declined 10min later after a "thorough" investigation. Then I filed another report via the website, which was closed after 3 minutes, another "thorough" investigation I presume.
Not posting any screenshots, videos or names here yet. For ZOS employees the ticket number is 250822-001611. There's a video and screenshots attached of the 2 griefers admitting to griefing us after the failed kick attempt, subsequently kicking me out last for refusing the vote to kick.
If the above does not qualify as the violation of Code of Conduct, then I guess we are free to grief every group dungeon?
I had something like this happen last week, a New player made a mistake in a dungeon, and the tank was spamming the kick the whole rest of the dungeon, and when we simply didn't agree to kick the new player, the tank simply stood still, didn't fight or do anything for the rest of the dungeon.
Shoulda vote kicked the tank when they became petulant and refused to play.

The option to disable it is literally in your video settings.

My 1 line edit to UserSettings.txt, worked great to prevent ESO screen dimming.. until the latest ESO patch.
Now screen dimming is back to being enabled. My 1 line edit no longer prevents it.
This is BAD imo. If I need or want to conserve power, I will simply turn off my display, or my PC. I do not require ESO hand-holding to FORCE me to conserve power.
Add a UI option to disable this [and respect our setting] please.

Not necessarily. You can block but if some player gets pulled next to you and doesn’t block, you’ll get a 25k VD proc from them on top of the other damage.
Block and roll away. This has always worked for me with very good success. If you just block and stand still... yeah you're vd bait now. Sorry

Also the set is still pulling from outside the radius of the huge, huge, HUGE area effect on the ground. You can blame lag or you can just conclude the SETI’s hopelessly broken given the realities of the ZOS servers

What I mean: not talking about the game breaking lack of respect of cc immunity and lack of putting cc immunity after the pull. Not talking about the ridiculous 12m pull radius, larger than almost any set in the game.
The set STILL pulls you from way outside the ground area effect marker. I was pulled from at least 10m outside the area effect area.
I thought that was supposed to be fixed?? Can others confirm that they are being pulled from outside the area of effect ?
This is not lag or desync , it is the same old crap as before.

Dremora are usually kill on sight in Tamriel.
The average ESO town is already 30% daedra by volume due to all the sorcerers who can't leave their emotional support twilight at home, a dremora probably isn't going to make much difference.
(Not at the top of my companion wants though, they still haven't even filled out the playable races and after that I'd prefer a Maormer because that would be a reasonable way to introduce them a bit more).
