It's Synced Account Settings. Noted on the ESOUI page: "If you can't move the camera up and down with the mouse, set the "Camera - Vertical Lock Speed" game option to a normal value and redo your settings save in the addon."
Just go in to Settings -> Camera and you'll see that Vertical Look Speed is set to minimum. Just pop that back to where it's supposed to be and done.

The big thing with flying (or swimming over slaughterfish) is the zone design. This game is designed with partitioned zones and natural barriers, and that means the intention is that you shouldn’t be able to fly over it. Even the major cities since Greymoor are their own worldspace from the rest of the zone (which is why the quest markers point to the city gate until you get outside)
I know that one of the main reasons people want flying is to bypass terrain. But if they ever did give flying mounts, be prepared for a bunch of invisible walls, because the point is to not bypass the terrain.
Not to mention the potential issues in PvP of flying into keeps, or flying up to IC bases, or being able to cross terrain without being funnelled through bridges or milegates.

I agree that using cheesy mechanics like pressure plates to force grouping, is horrible dungeon design in every dungeon they’ve done this with. There was extensive discussion on the PTS about this already, and it’s a shame they went full steam ahead with it after hearing all the feedback. On ESO Live when showing off the new dungeon and asked about the mechanic, the response was a casual, “Well dungeons aren’t meant to be soloed.”
Like I said on PTS, I think it’s fun to try and solo a dungeon, but if there is some wonderful interesting mechanic that makes it too hard for me that’s fine. But to simply lock players out with pressure plates to keep them from even trying…sigh.

I can't tell if these changes will be bad for ESO or are needed and will take us in a good direction. Since he is a dev and a player, one would hope he would help steer the ship back to more content. I know many of us enjoyed Solstice, but there is no denying that much of it was short and the island a little sparse. Especially when compared to something like Summerset or Orsinium. Maybe the Eastern half of the island will be huge and packed but I somehow doubt it. I've played ESO a long time and I think we can all agree we'd love it to be around a long time more.

Comparing your need for 25 pixel points to congratulate you for a job well done to people with accessibility needs like wheelchair access is a sure fire way to make sure no one listens to you.
I’ve seen a lot, but this is the first I’ve seen a victim complex over in-game achievements. Yikes. Double yikes even.

So Nick is the new Game Director. But wasn't Rich Game Director AND Creative Director at the same time? Who is now the Creative Director?
The Creative Director role got revamped to Game Director. So Rich's title was Game Director. That is now Nick's title.

Jo is still on as Studio Head. You'll be hearing from him soon. Nothing to announce right now, Rich is going to be advising on ESO, like he said, he will still be around. But he's working on other macro studio level items as well. The details of which are well above my paygrade.

Group content is supposed to be for....wait for it....groups. its like wandering into pvp zone and complaining that I got killed.

It never ceases to amaze me how players are so quick to jump on the ZOS devs instead of jumping on the addon devs.
I announced it on July 14th, didn't know how to fix ZOS changing the Id of a setting for another which makes the addon restore wrong data, added to that, it takes litteraly 10 seconds to fix for the user which can for once actually do something instead of critisizing ZOS or the addon authors 24/7.
