Sorc has always been in this weird state is it a battlemage or a summoner class its like 75% battlemage and like 25% summoner and Sorc has an identity problem I would make Necro a proper summoner class and get rid of sorc summons reskin them and give them to necro and then give sorc two new abilities one being a spammable that the sorc class unlike any other class lacks and then another ability that gives a major group buff since sorc still lack on that front.

This has been occurring on Xbox NA. Coordinated PVP groups will systematically queue into solo queue, then coordinate their “match pop up” which will indicate they are in the same match (and on an off chance they are in the same match, but in opposing team, they will do what OP describes, intentionally loose).
This systematic coordinate match acceptance pop up abuse is possible due to several reasons, but most importantly due to:
A MMR system that does not work properly & lack of interest in the game mode (BG) resulting in such low population it reduces the actual pool of candidates to amount of a small village (like 25 people etc).

This is the most useless biased poll on this issue to date. Your poll options make it impossible to make a selection that reflects the reality of the situation.
How about ZOS just goes back to providing stable low lag performance like they used to provide? They can do it. They've done it in the past. They can do it again.
Performance after the new servers was fantastic with triple to quadruple the population cap we have today when they replaced the hardware.
We don't need vengeance. We need ZOS to invest in the fixes we know work.

I think Subclass skill lines and regular skill lines should maintain parity. It's just not feasible trying to balance two separate versions of every single Class ability.

So...someone thought the solution is to nerf NB mains because they have a shiny toy that everyone wants to play with. That's a real quick way to irritate a lot of your playbase. Grim Focus, in its current form, has been in play for how long now? What should be happening is that the Assassination skill line, and any other skill line for that matter, has subtle and slight changes when used as a subclass to preserve balance as well as preserve class identity. When the skill line is used by the class it belongs to, in this instance referring to the Assassination skill line, it should remain unchanged. This would also provide reason/incentive to run "pure" class builds.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of people that "engineer" their ESO experience just to prove the point that does not exist.
The fact is that game is too easy. But still there are some people claiming that it is not, it is impossible to die to anything in open world but world bosses, and even then - right now with subclassing you have all of the survivability and damage that is possible. Game should be scaled to reflect the power creep over the years.
Honestly, I am disgusted over disability claims that often make appearance on forums or reddit etc. Using someone's state to prove some kind of point is ridiculous and it happens so, so, so often. One thing that ZoS really did great and we have to applaud them form is accessibility, not only with game options but with game mechanics. Ring of the Pale Order is a gameplay "mechanic" that allowed playing without much focusing juggling skillbars which could be hard for someone with hand mobility issues, same with heavy attack builds. There are ways make content accesible over making it easy.
The thing is game must be accessible, especially MMOs - because the community is in heart of every MMO. But games should not be created to appeal just to lowest common denominator because that way you can drove back other side of the community. I started playing ESO in 2021, and then there were big portions of community that focused on trifectas, raids, vet content, PvP, endgame theory crafting etc., as all we can see over the years these communities are almost dead. Some may call them elitist but these are also players, and often these players were reposibile for amazing content that we and new players could refer to, Twtich had more streamers, YouTube had more guides and general videos. Game and commnity felt more exciting than what we have now, and I feel like to blame is for sure diluted gameplay.
People often claim to do x, y and z if I want a challange. But have you ever seen someone telling someone to do x, y and z if they want things EASY? I don't think so. Let's respect one another.
We must also remember that nobody want's to make game HARD, they want to put gameplay back to more element of the game that currently feels like a visual novel. Nobody wants to make open world take too much time as with the amount of quest and zones it would take hours upon hours to finish, that would also drove players back - especially new ones. I feel like open world should feel like a place that game mechanics have a real place in. Why in tutorial we learn to dodge, bash, block, heavy attack and stun when we never use it? Enemies should be more dynamic, it takes them too much to for any reaction, and when they react they're dead. They should stand more than 2-3 skills, and should do more damage than.... nothing. World bosses should be also less of punching bags. Story enemies shouldn't die before finishing their grand monologue about overtaking the Tamriel.
Dunegeons, raids and hard modes of them also should be revisited. I believe normal modes should be enjoyed by everyone or even soloed for fun and easy story! But having so much of vet modes being also very easy is just not good. Is the nerf in the next patch gonna make a huge difference to this skill?
What can you expect when they give preferential treatment to one skill line from a class for some reason. Any other timed and delayed skill in the game is around a 1.6 to 1.8 Damage per WD coefficient. Merciless is around a 2.2 coefficient. Which is higher than most ultimates. For reference dawnbreaker tooltip has a 1.6 coefficient. I am pretty sure take flight is the only higher coefficient at like 2.3.
Keep in mind it is higher than most ults in the game, while only being on a 5s cooldown compared to an average ult being only 30s-60s cooldown.
Keep in mind it also gives a 5 piece bonus essentially by giving a major bonus (previously WD bonus) No this is hardly a nerf, if anything it is a massive buff in pvp.
Keep in mind the skill line passives are some of the strongest passives in the game now because there is no balance to Crit damage since zos gutted impen and then trippled the number of crit damage sources in the game.
