There is no winning, again. Half of the people wanted the event to end, the other half are complaining that it's over. No matter what decision is made, they can't get it right.
The most absurd thing about it is that most people who were in favor of shortening the event wanted that so they can access East Solstice earlier - and now it's so bugged that many people have decided to wait with their questing anyway.

Subclassing from the point of view of a Longtime RPG enjoyer
The release of subclassing had me cautiously optimistic because I enjoy theorycrafting builds in other RPGs like tabletop DnD and Final Fantasy Tactics. The problem is that the way ESO implemented it feels [snip] and uninspiring.
In actual tabletop DnD play, multiclassing is what they call the feature similar to ESO's subclassing. It was rarely the optimal way to deal the most damage, aside from a few infamous builds that are exceptions rather than the norm. Multiclassing is mainly a tradeoff to grab something your class archetype does not usually get. For example, a rogue might take one level of wizard for utility spells. A sorcerer might take one level of fighter for access to armor and shields. In both cases, they delay their core progression. The rogue loses sneak attack power to become more flexible. The sorcerer delays stronger spells to become sturdier.
IMO this is the ideal way to implement multiclassing or subclassing. It should provide meaningful tradeoffs. That is harder to pull off in a video game, so kudos to ESO for "attempting" (in quotations because is it really an attempt or just a way to add "content" easily) it. but unfortunately, (1) there is no meaningful tradeoff in the current system and (2) skill balancing sucks so having access to all class skills leaves weaker class lines in the dust. There is no opportunity cost outside personal preference or RP. You simply grab the strongest DPS combination and you are done. Your class no longer feels like a class an archetypes stop existing. There is no incentive to commit to identity or theme. Only raw numbers matter.
There needs to be a real tradeoff so that multiclassing becomes a sidegrade and not a free upgrade but how do you even do it in a game where there are barely any mechanics to fights? In PVE, there is no need to be mobile or to have utility. You dont need bulkiness since heals can bring you from 1 to 100 in 1 click. You dont even have to manage resources these days. Meanwhile in PVP, subclassing has birthed some of the most toxic and uninteractive builds ever created.
It is also not enough to say that players can simply refuse to multiclass if they want to stay pure. That only pushes class fantasy players into feeling punished because they know they are intentionally gimping themselves in a multiplayer environment. Even if all content is technically doable, it still creates a bad taste when the game does not reward commitment to your archetype.
Subclassing has killed the game for me. It feels like they just needed to add something new for the expansion and went with the easiest idea possible. Class fantasy is gone.

It's not a yes/no situation for me, and probably for a large portion of the community. I think a lot of us like the idea, but don't like the issues of balance and the muddying of class identity.

Some players just are so pursuiing a destructive strategy that it is NO (zero, nada) fun.
I wand to avoid these players.

So I request to be able to put some players who I know have a very destructive approach to how they play ToT on a ToT-specific ignore list. In order to avoid abuse the number of players to be put on this ignore list can be very limited. Maybe just to 5 maximum so as to really force players to think who they want to put on that ignore list. Fine. I just have up to two players that I'd like to put there.
This ToT ignore list could be temporary if needed. So the entries are there only for a given time, the list being deleted every x days/weeks...

I use precision edit when housing, and with addons I enter the angles to make sure everything I need to be aligned or perpendicular is really so where needed. That being said, I think these are really minor issues regarding housing. The Wall event has shown a decline in quality which worries me more than anything that happened in ESO since launch. So, I kind of expect to see less quality content for housing as well. The problem with your issue in the post is that it's not going to be fixed. These problems remain baked into the game, same with the more annoying invisible walls in many houses.
My largest issue with housing is the very slow pace of releasing furnishings from content already in game for many years. It took 7 years to see an update of Alinor furnishings, because it happened to get a DLC which revisits the Summerset theme.
Housing is a huge system in the game, and the devs only release curated selections of the assets they add with each DLC, and maybe several times a year, they add an item from the older styles through the luxury vendor. But while doing that, they add very large and expensive houses for players to buy. I am not sure if this game will be up 3 years from now, and am really sorry to say this. The studio was working on a new mmo for 7 years, and it got cancelled just like that, with a lot of talented people leaving, none knows where. Who knows what new business decision like that awaits?

Wife and I love ESO. We tried subclassing, gave it the good ole' college try, and we both HATED it and stopped playing becasue of it.
Instead we went back to New World (lol, so much for that with the game being announced it no longer has updates).
Now that New World is for all intents and purposes gone we are looking for an MMORPG to play. In our pursuit ESO is not even in the running solely due to subclassing. When we think about our characters, our homes, the dungesons, the world, the lore and all the amazing stuff in game, we want to play it but the second we recall how gutted our characters felt after subclassing, all desire to play is lost.
For us (and based on population shrinking) and others, subclassing killed the game and seems to have driven more away than it brought back.
The smartest move, IMO, ZOS devs can do at this point is roll back subclassing and simply admit that it was a huge mistake.
Instead we went back to New World (lol, so much for that with the game being announced it no longer has updates).

One thing I find interesting…
Arcanist was built around hybridization and was apparently never a balanced class.
Subclassing has just amplified the real issue of hybridization. I don’t understand how this isn’t more of a talking point. The homogeneity of stats is the main problem, subclassing just took it 5 steps further into the abyss.

Who is constructing our houses? Many flaws that need corrected.

It seems that every new house that is introduced has more and more flaws, mostly of things not lining up right. I have started decorating Hiddensprings Cottage and am really disappointed in what I have been finding.
The left porch has boards placed across the width, but the ones on the right are placed lengthwise. The back wall on the left porch is at an angle and not straight at all. The right porch side wall is at a noticable angle, too.
Also the outside doorknob is on the left side of the door, but on the inside it is also on the left which means they don't meet up.
We pay real money for the Crowns to buy these houses and take a lot of pride in our decorating. We deserve houses that are constructed much better than this. Please fix these flaws.
